Rooky Pool company

Purchased a pool cover from this company. The installation was delayed, then poorly installed. After a few uses we were not longer able to secure the cover as the location holes did not line up. We informed the company on many occasions. They kept promising to come and fix it but never turned up. We informed them of impending high winds but still no help. The wind tore the cover off completely. The company then informed us it was our fault for not securing it and therefore the warranty was null and void!
Avoid this company at all costs.

Our cover was destroyed in the wind…

Our cover was destroyed in the wind after David Lawrence (Extending Outdoors) promised to fix our cover multiple times - over a period of 3 months - and failed to live up to his word. He rarely responded to communication (in 20+ emails he replied 5x) only sent his team after it was destroyed, and once it was a repair job the excuses started. Not only that, but several pieces weren't installed initially and either the lines aren't straight or a frame has bowed - which goes back to the reason I contacted him in the first place. Utterly disgraceful, untrustworthy and shady - hands down the WORST business practices I have ever come across. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
