The customer service very rude 👎 not respecting customer, after I placed order for a Tommy halfigher watch then straight away they changed the delivery status to delivered via YODEL without notifying me with a fake picture, not recommended.

Great customer service, handled a situation that I had swiftly and was corresponded with me all the time. Thank you for all your help much appreciated.

Fake watches, when telling the company they say it’s got a serial number you can check but the serial numbers are just copied from real watches!

I purchased a Fitbit Versa 2 from Extreme Mobile Ltd advertised as new only to find out when it stopped working after getting in touch with Fitbit that the warranty expired the month before I purchased it and they told me it had had a previous owner. DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM Extreme mobile ignored my Email, purchased through ON BUY

I ordered a Michael Kors Lexington women’s watch and was attracted to the cheaper price on this site. When I received the watch today it is clearly a fake and when I’ve clicked return item it seems I am now going to have to wait and hope that the seller responds, which I’m not holding my breath for after doing some research on the company (extreme mobiles). It seems on buy does not vet the people and products on the site and the reason they are discounted is because they are fake or refurbed and sold as new. Really disappointed and just hoping that I can get my £70 back. Please don’t use this website it’s cheap for a reason!

Ordered 2 new fitbits that developed faults when I tried to use the 2 year warranty with Fitbit it was invalid as the devices weren’t new they had already been registered 2 years prior to me purchasing

Fitbit Versa 3 I purchased stopped working completely just over a year. For a product of a well known and quality brand that is a fairly expensive item of technology I expect it to last longer than this. I contacted Extreme Mobile and didn’t even get a response. I contacted OnBuy.com who were also very unhelpful.

If you want products that last don’t buy from either Extreme Mobile or OnBuy.com, as although they might be slighter cheaper than others the quality of the products and aftercare are just not worth it.

The first order went astray,NOT the fault of the compqny,bie due to the transit company.Extreme mobile could not do enough and ensured that a replacement watch was sent via Royal Mail,which arrived in pristine condition.Outstanding customer service.

i ordered a watch via on buy and it eventually arrived today but when i opened the box it was full of what looks like bud balls or something. the whole box and watch is filthy, cant even contact anybody as when i click the link of the onbuy tracking page to get a link to log in i dont receieve anything. so annoyed as this is a birthday gift,

Ordered a watch that was lost in transit. On the day I was supposed to be refunded,they had the audacity to send me a message saying my parcel was waiting for collection at my pick-up point. Obviously it wasn't there as its my local shop and I know the staff!
They had totally made it up! Evri have told me it definitely hasn't been delivered!!

I had the worst experience with this company. They scammed me by taking my money as I ordered a Michael Kors watch for my Mom as a present for this Christmas, I had ordered it on 1 December 2024 through Onbuy.com and the estimated delivery given by them was 9-11 December but item hasn’t been delivered. I did has a chat with Yodel customer care and they said the seller hasn’t still sent the item to them. I have sent a mail to the seller as well before this but no reply until now. I’m going to have my item or refund by any means possible not gonna let this matter pass easily. It's disappointing how they operate unethically, preying on innocent customers. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company to avoid being a victim of their deceitful practices.
They better stop this bullshit fake face soon. Really frustrated and disappointed at the same time.

Scam scam scam, sells on OnBuy.com

Ordered a Fitbit watch last Christmas, broke within 6 months.wasnt convinced it wasn’t a second anywayvas looked faked. Eventually, after many messages and many chasing got a replacement sent the replacement was clearly secondhand. It had old customers data still loaded on the watch. The watch doesn’t even tell the time and you can’t sync it to your phone, so it is completely useless. OnBuy.com who allow this seller to trade from also Completely useless they send you a response when you leave a review on trust pilot but the response doesn’t actually do anything so they are equally as culpable

My girlfriend ordered me a watch they've taken the money out her account haven't received no emails saying when the watch is gonna come can amny point me in the right direction over how to get intouch with extreme mobile?

Or does anny one know how we can get money back?

I have ordered a watch from these on OnBuy they said it was sent on 21st got hold yodel they did not receive it I have sent a number of email they said they have sent it then sent another saying don’t stock it now saying they will send next week this is either scam web page I am trying to get hold onbuy to refund d me

I ordered a Hugo boss watch last night when I clicked buy it said I hadn’t paid and I had to place the order again. Then I was shown my banking app and they had taken my money TWICE. But when I click on website there is no order there showing especially not the 2nd order.
