The first thing I loved was the support portal being easily accessible from the site!! This is SO AWESOME! There are so many times it feels impossible to navigate some websites to get support… this is a MAJOR WIN for Extreme Restraints in my opinion! Then the support agent was great to work with (Wyatt) due to efficient, kind communication. My issue was handled through email, and I know that can sometimes be a difficult way to process support. There is a good system for support set up at Extreme Restraints, which is not as common as you’d think. I appreciate your help in getting this taken care of! Efficient and courteous!
When I didn’t receive my email with my tracking number I was afraid I got bamboozeled. I called the customer service number and Wyatt answered my call, was super attentive, listened, and solved my issue no problem. He was able to get my tracking number email sent to me right away and assured me that my package would arrive on time and it did! It was my first time buying from here and the products were great and fun! The service was truly fantastic and super efficient!! Will continue to purchase from this company

Very helpful fixing my mistake
After making an order, I realized there was another product I wanted instead. I contacted Wyatt and because I made a mistake with my email address, he tried to get me the right info, but Because i didn't know I had given the wrong address our communication went nowhere. This company is ridiculous and should be investigated. After ordering a massage table and putting in all the credentials for my debit card that I use for every purchase online they had the audacity to tell me I am required to send them a screenshot of my private banking information for further verification. After voicing my concerns they completely disregarded and refunded my money. No company has the right to tell anyone they are REQUIRED to send them their private bank information. F@&k this company I truly hope they go outta business. Anyone reading this TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! 🙏🏽

Always make it right....
I'm a long time satisfied customer. Every time I make a order the packages come in faster than then dated, and very discreet. Which I'm happy for because I have kids. The time something was defective, it was replaced very quickly. As for my return all I can say is that when I got my email I didn't know how to use my instore credit. After talking with (Wyatt) who was more then helpful, he helped me straighten out everything. Now just waiting on my new toys!!! As long as you know how to talk to people and not be a (DICK) sorry. You'll have a great experience with this company. Thanks for everything!!

I wish I had read the reviews before…
I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this company. I placed an order and then needed to cancel it. Wasn't able to find a way to do it myself on their website. Sent them an email. They replied that they had cancelled my order and given me a store credit. What? I was expecting a refund. Asked for my financial info to be deleted and my account closed. No reply as of yet.

I have now placed two orders. I'm in California so I get my orders super fast, love that! I did make a return and used store credit for the second order and will probably be making another return, soon. Not because of quality, just preference. I've had several emails back and forth and they come quickly and are helpful.
