Horrible quality of the products.
The customer service especially Emma is the worst customer service I ever experienced. They trying to waste time in communication with generic answers to waste time so the return due date pasts. Avoid those kind of scammers.
Order was placed 4 weeks ago and never received an update. I'm sure the order was never sent and the customer service doesn't help either.

The glasses and offers can quickly tempt you to make a purchase, but here nothing else is offered than low-quality glasses from China, which you can almost get 1:1 at Temu for a few euros. It is definitely fraud and rip-off, as the website and appearance suggest that the glasses are shipped from the Netherlands, as the company is based in Amsterdam, but in fact, the glasses are drop-shipped directly from China with a 4-6 week delivery time. Do not order, glasses are ABSOLUTELY not worth it!
The advertisement is completely false. It is NOT a company based in Amsterdam. It's a regular PRC company with an address in Amsterdam. The glasses are neither manufactured nor shipped from the Netherlands. They are shipping $5 glasses at high-end price claiming to be a Dutch company. Once you realize, it is too late and they do not offer any return process. Just terrible.
