Poor experience
I placed an order on 3rd August 2023 and have yet to receive it. When I reached out to Eyelounge they did not respond or resolve the issue. Many days later, on 1st September, after persistent requests for answers, I received a request to pay for additional shipping which I stupidly did !!! Needless to say, I have yet to receive my order :( :( :(
