Eyeuniversal successfully delivered a visually appealing, easy-to-navigate web planning app with great functionality for users. The team provided constant updates on the progress; they were prompt, responsive, and communicative. Overall, they stood out for their high-level expertise.

Terrible and horrid owner. Belittles and talks down to clients after over charging them. Overpriced and only focused on "the sale." An absolutely horrible experience & even worse to get out of.

Big decision to when we switched over to who to use. We did a little research and found these guys and it's been great! They handle all our website development, SEO, and google ads. Our lead flow as been better than ever. When there's issues they handle it. We conference with them and let them know our concerns and they make the adjustments. They don't nickle and dime you. We work out a deal when we want more things. Good company, easy to work with. Good owner. So I really encourage you to use them because it's been really helpful to our business and we've grown quite a bit.

Hired Eye Universal a few years ago and 'til this day I'm reminded and irked on how was I ripped off/ over charged for unexperienced "developers" to create a shopify website for my brand.. They did 0 creative work. Wouldn't start working unless I gave them a theme to work with (meanwhile this was supposed to be a custom project). All they did was migrate my old product into a new theme with a plugin lol.... When I asked to do any modifications to customize landing pages they gave me nothing, or very unsophisticated work. We have a lot of items that we sell - my developer told my he will set up one item for me (which he did wrong) and I can replicate it for every other product. This was a $7,000 project, I was expecting all the bells and whistles, meanwhile I got a very basic shopify website I could have bought on my own and manually built out. OHH and they left my 'Contact us' page in Spanish. No custom landing pages, no custom collections. Most things they asked me to do myself. What I got is worth $1,000 tops.
