I have e-mailed this company 4 times to the email address on their Web Site and to the email that confirmed my order.
The mail I received confirming the order bounces back each time.I get no reply from the mail address on the web site.
I have telephoned them using the number on their web site but it just rings with no answer.
My emails have been to confirm a delivery date as the original confirmation order only says
“Thank you for choosing Eyewear Express. We want to let you know that your order has been received and will be processed as SOON AS POSSIBLE.”

After checking them on Trust Pilot (wished I had done this before ordering) it is awful.
Glad I used Pay Pal, as soon as I submitted the dispute, it was returned as settled and my money refunded.
As others have said DON’T order from them.

Ordered my glasses on Monday 16.
My money is taken and no sign of glasses.
They don't answer calls or emails .
It look like a scam

I placed my order on the 2nd April, the money was taken from my account on the 5th April. Despite multiple emails asking for a status update I have had no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! Please note I will update this if the company gets in touch with me.
