Good shop. Got sent exactly what I ordered at a great price!
I ordered a new pair of glasses (just the frame) for myself last week, and it got delivered inside 2 days with no issues whatsoever. It's exactly what I ordered, including a new case. The price of the frame is 50% lower then anywhere else which is great of course. I saved about 70 euros! Overall a 5 star experience.
The only thing that was less then stellar is the performance of the website. It's often down, or really slow too respond. I worried about this and almost didn't order here because I was afraid the order would get messed up and that this shop was not as reliable as others. I would encourage them to look into to this and fix their issues with their website. I'm afraid it could potentially scare away certain customers.

Lenses better not to make online
The delivery was very fast , the glasses are also from the first sight good and original . But I can not wear it -the glasses made me so dizzy I thought the diopters were wrong. I checked them and confirmed the prescription is right and all parameters are correct, but the lenses were not centered during cutting. Since the optical centre is shifted I can’t see clearly. I can’t file a formal complaint now, so I ll have to pay for a new lenses. So if you want to risk with lenses - you can try.
Update: I have contacted the customer service and they were very very friendly ( never experienced such a service from online market ). I was offered to send the glasses back with marked optical Center. Today I got the glasses back without any extra costs , all in total with shipping and remake was one week. Feel much more comfortable with the glasses. Excellent service, thank you

We completely understand how uncomfortable this must feel. Even when the prescription is correct, if the optical centre is slightly off, it can affect your vision and cause dizziness. While lenses made online are carefully prepared based on PD and frame parameters, they do not include the same precise in-person measurements as at a local optician, and in some cases this can make a difference.
That said, this is absolutely not something you should be left dealing with on your own. There is no need to worry about filing a formal complaint — we are here to help and we want you to be fully satisfied with your Miu Miu glasses.

Not authentic product
Boor quality product. Did not seem to be authentic product. The marking was not correct, the box did not seem to be authentic, glasses were dirty out of the box.
