I appreciate this service for its high location tracking accuracy. Highly recommend.

I recommend it for picnics in nature or the forest to ensure the safety of the whole family and quickly find each other in a large park or forest. It has saved me multiple times. Very quick and responsive service.

I was informed my experience wasn't the only unfortunately and they are preparing an investigation.

Complete ripoff. Don't subscribe, it's just a bunch of people outside of US jurisdiction ripping people off with deceptive marketing. 10 places on their website it says you don't need to jailbreak your phone to have the features it describes. After you buy, then you are informed that you DO in fact need to jailbreak your phone. Of course, they evade direct questions via support emails and let you know that they will do that for you for an additional fee.

I was initially sceptical, but after testing it, I found it really works, and the location accuracy is spot on.

I have a teenage daughter, and since discovering this service, I’ve started tracking her routes during outings with friends to ensure she gets home safely. Very satisfied.

I was suppost to pay 30$, ending up paying the company 70$ more...for a support fee. never needed support help. according to their staff, this money is always drawn in case you need support help. the company does not do returns and instead tries to sell on a multi-month payment..

I got the help from the eyezy specialist (Matthew Stone). It was so well.I got the guidance and it cleared all the problems I encountered when I was trying to connect alone.

Please don't waste your hard earn'd money. this company is a scam .All Customers Service is ot helpfull.
Same person comes in different name and they all give answers what you are looking for and they corn you with 14 day refund. once you plaid they will block you and steeal your're money. Please don't trust this Eyezy.

Note: i have sent multiple emails with my email and customer ID. Each time i get different question they are not aware of there own product and feature.

I can kick myself for not doing my homework. I was looking to monitor my son's whatsapp after him and some of his friends were sending inappropriate messages.

I looked through many websites and settled on eyeZy. According to the website, I can monitor my son's whatsapps (even deleted messages) on his Iphone, installation is super easy (I just need the icloud info)!
Easy right? So I bit the bullet and bought an ANNUAL subscription for $120.00

Payment made, icloud info entered and sure... got to the dashboard seeing my son's contacts. But no whatsapp! I started a chat with Eyeze and was told... NOOOOOO, I need to pay ADDITIONAL $60.00 PER MONTH!!!!!! to get it to work on the iphone. I argued as I was looking at the website and the option to use "icloud sync" did not say anything about jailbreaking or paying additional money.

It's a scam, it's a scam, it's a scam!!!!!

So my choices are: 1) walk away and lose the $120.00 already paid, or fork out more money.
