Eylure have ruined this product

I've been buying Eylure Naturals for about 6 years. They've been invaluable since losing my hair due to alopecia. Thankfully my hair is now growing back. But I still need to enhance my eyelashes with the Eylure Naturals range. I had no issues with these lashes until Eylure decided to change the way they're packaged. The lashes are now glued tightly to the plastic tray. Even though I'm extremely careful when I remove the lashes from the tray, the lashes often break off as the glue is so strong. Even if I do manage to remove the lashes without any lashes breaking off, there is a horrible hard glue residue stuck to the lashes. Sometimes this causes the lashes to stick together. So unfortunately Eylure lashes are now completely useless. I cannot understand why this company would ruin a product in this way.

Awful

Awful! I have used so many cheap under eyelash extensions and they’ve been decent and long lasting other than getting the gunk off your eyelashes. So splashed out on these (double the price of my usual) simply as it had remover. My god they are so rubbish. They don’t stick, it hurts your eyes so bad. Don’t waste your money and just go for the cheap ones!

PLEASE DONT BUY THIS!

PLEASE DONT BUY THIS!
One of my top 5 pain moments when the remover got in my eye. I have no idea why they would design a product FOR YOUR EYES that hurts THAT much when it gets IN your eyes. The lashes themselves lastet like 2 hours before I had to take them off because they got sooo itchy. Still the remover part was insane I needed my 3 friends to help me wash out my eye and get rid of the lashes because it hurt SO BAD.

Eylure 005 lashes

There was a time when I'd give them 5 stars for their 005 lashes which I use regularly, they were good quality, the perfect size for smaller eyes and not fluffy for regular every day use. However, this has now reduced due to their new packaging, which is awful and often ruins the lashes even before the first wear due to the strong adhesive used to hold them in place. Also, the quality does not seem as good of late, They've been quite scratchy to wear which is not like Eylure - Please look into this and bring back the quality!!

I have worn lashes for 23 years

I have worn lashes for 23 years . These lashes have a great design. But the band is so stiff and thick . The price is higher than the rest that’s why I picked them . I assumed better quality. But first time as I took out of the container they broke and they’re itchy and so uncomfortable. The band is ridiculously think and uncomfortable. I will never purchase these again . 2 times was enough.

Don’t waste your money

If I could give no stars I would dreadful won’t stick and you need at least 3 pairs of hands. I’m sticking ordinary lashes with mascara. What an absolute waste of money

DANGEROUS: Underlash Extension Kit

Purchased the Underlash Extension Kit (in the style Whispy) from Superdrug in Liverpool on 07/07/25. I was okay applying them and they stayed on for 2 days (not 7 as advertised). When they started falling out I decided to remove them using the remover included. BIG MISTAKE. The second I put it near my eye I had the worst pain I’ve had in my life (and I got bleach in my eye once). It was immediate and intense. I am now having to go to the walk in centre as my entire eye is still red and swollen even hours later. How can something so abrasive be designed for the eye? Even the Tati Lash version (which I will now be switching to again, I have learned my lesson not to cheap out), doesn’t sting like that. I genuinely don’t understand how this can be allowed, and not just that but Opthalmologically tested and approved? I will be taking this further if and major damage has been done to my eye, and I urge the others who have reviewed this kit to do the same.
I’ve never done a bad review before, I’m a brand owner myself and I know how much it can screw with people but I had to make a Trustpilot account purely for this product to warn others. DO NOT GET IT.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. Picked these up from Boots at £20. 7 days?!? I can’t get them to stick for 7 minutes. Quick glue? I normally do my own lashes and takes me less than 10 minutes to apply, they normally last me a week. I prep correctly, no oily products used. Clean dry lashes then apply. Finally think there on solid, go to get them a gentle brush and they come straight off again 😩

Ok I never post bad reviews

Ok I never post bad reviews, but when I purchased the eylure underlash bond, I did a quick review and there were 100's of good reviews-fast forward. I bought from Superdrug £14.10 (expensive compared to others, but thought it was a treat) and try and I actually thought I was going to go blind. This is shocking and I've used all sorts of glue - I'm not new to this. Maybe its the batch. I will email the company as well.

Avoid this company at ALL costs

Avoid this company at ALL costs. Their products have become increasingly bad to the point the last product I tried burnt my eyes. Never felt pain like it. Like putting acid in my eye. (Underlash salon extension kit)

Bought in Edinburgh end of November. Only used end of Dec.
Never again will I buy an eyelure product.
