Ezcater fines companies for customers' mistakes
Ezcater has a terrible reputation in the Dalton, Georgia area for punishing retailers for mistakes caused by folks ordering. Given the choice, I would never use ezcater but unfortunately corporations force this on their franchises.

the food was great- but
the food was great - BUT - when it was delivered - one of the boxes was leaking sauce (grease) from the meat and it was placed on the tablecloth. it was a mess and tablecloth was ruined. the driver did not seem to care that a mess had been made and that my guest had already started arriving - no time to try and clean

I placed a catering order and reached out THREE times by email and by phone with no response. Completely unprofessional. Now I’m scrambling the day before Thanksgiving because they couldn’t even communicate. A simple call or email back would’ve gone a long way. I will never use them again or recommend them. I had an amazing experience ordering from Toojays. I catered in brunch for the office to celebrate the holidays and it was perfect. The delivery arrived about 10 minutes early, the driver was very kind and even set everything up in the conference room. He noted that he did not like how the cinnamon buns looked and removed it off the check (they still tasted great). I will definitely be ordering from them again!
