This was an EXCEPTIONAL experience

This was an EXCEPTIONAL experience. I ordered lunch for a professional lunch and learn. The driver was early and so professional. He promptly took the food to the requested location and set up as requested. The food was warm and delicious. Will definitely use Taziki's again. Thank you!

Ezcater fines companies for customers' mistakes

Ezcater has a terrible reputation in the Dalton, Georgia area for punishing retailers for mistakes caused by folks ordering. Given the choice, I would never use ezcater but unfortunately corporations force this on their franchises.

the food was great- but

the food was great - BUT - when it was delivered - one of the boxes was leaking sauce (grease) from the meat and it was placed on the tablecloth. it was a mess and tablecloth was ruined. the driver did not seem to care that a mess had been made and that my guest had already started arriving - no time to try and clean

ezCater is great!

ezCater is great. I can order lunches ahead of time for various events and they always deliver on time and exactly what we ordered. It is a trusted partner in all the events that we have to cater for. I often order lunches even when I am not scheduled to be present and they always deliver on time to whomever I assign to accept delivery.

Four days of trying to speak to a customer representative

Don’t use this company, avoid them at all cost. They have zero credibility for customer service and communication. Impossible to get ahold of them and they have no customer support team.

I placed a catering order and reached…

I placed a catering order and reached out THREE times by email and by phone with no response. Completely unprofessional. Now I’m scrambling the day before Thanksgiving because they couldn’t even communicate. A simple call or email back would’ve gone a long way. I will never use them again or recommend them. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

I had an amazing experience ordering…

I had an amazing experience ordering from Toojays. I catered in brunch for the office to celebrate the holidays and it was perfect. The delivery arrived about 10 minutes early, the driver was very kind and even set everything up in the conference room. He noted that he did not like how the cinnamon buns looked and removed it off the check (they still tasted great). I will definitely be ordering from them again!
