Easy purchase and fantastic product.
We purchased these on Tuesday and they showed up on Thursday - super fast. The material and the prints are great quality. The kids are thrilled :-)

So disappointed with this company. One delivery never turned up and it took over 2 months to get a refund. Second order - my mistake - I ordered the incorrect size. Still waiting 2 and a half months later for a refund. Would never order from them again. Incredibly poor service.

I chose the cover sizes that matched the books I had purchased for my son but the covers are all very loose fitting and just not practical at all. There's at least a 1-2cm gap around every book and they just look messy. I can see they're going to get crumpled pretty quickly. The sleeve inside also covers very important information on the back of each of my son's books, (e.g. goal setting and charts to refer to for writing and maths) so I'm now having to trim the covers I bought to ensure that you can still see the info on the back page of his books. Overall, very disappointed.

I felt compelled to share my experience with this book cover stationery business, as it was a complete letdown from start to finish. First off, the quality of the product was shockingly poor. The book covers were cut so roughly that you'd think they were made in a daycare. Not only that, but the sizes were inconsistent and didn’t fit the books properly. This was especially frustrating since I was hoping for something unique and cool for my kids' books this year, but instead, I got a product that looked cheap and slapped together.
To make matters worse, the customer service was horrendous. I reached out multiple times via email and their customer support phone number, but only received a response when they felt like it, which left me feeling ignored and completely frustrated. When I did finally hear back, the response was slow and unhelpful, which made me feel like they really didn't care about resolving the issue. In the end they never replied to my refund request even though I had sent the items back via tracking and were delivered. I had to raise a request through PayPal which was refunded in my favour.
Honestly, this was a complete waste of money. Between the poor quality of the product and the lack of customer support, I cannot recommend this brand to anyone. There are plenty of other stationery options out there that offer better value and actually stand behind their products. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company.

The covers are fantastic. It is such a shame the postman ignored the DO NOT BEND sign and bent it 3 times over. My daughter is so upset. I am trying to flatten them out now. 😠

Order arrived within 7 days. 4 out of 12 had jagged uneven edges (not straight smooth edges like on their website). EZ covers advised that "our manufacturing process is such that we seal and cut the plastic film using a heat bar. Unfortunately, the heat bar sometimes makes a jagged edge and it is more obvious on the coloured covers." Whilst I could return them for a refund, if in a state to be re-sold, I needed to pay postage/shipping costs (which outweighs the cost of the refund). Passing this info on.

Quality product at a reasonable price. Delivery was quick.

Absolutely terrible! Taken a week to dispatch and when I rung to find out what was happening lady completely unhelpful. Couldn't speak to manager etc cause apparently had gone back to work at their real job. My kids go back to school tomorrow so no chance they'll arrive by then so asked to cancel. Not an option.

This is the first year I have ordered from EZ covers and I am really disappointed with the quality. They are so flimsy with at least 3 of the covers splitting at the seams when covering the books. Also the size of the scrapbook covers are much too big. I love the selection of prints available but I would rather contact my children’s books than spend money on a poor quality product. I would not recommend these book covers.

I am so glad we bought EZ covers this year instead of wasting a day with pictures and contact! The patterns are beautiful and there are many to choose from. Check out was simple, and delivery was fast to semi-regional qld. Cheaper than the local newsagent, or very similar including delivery so it was by far the best option.
Now I'm just hoping they last more than a year, as that would be a wonderful bonus!

LOVE THESE COVERS! I have been buying my covers from EZ for a few years now since I first discovered the website. EZ have just continued to improve the quality. The range is wonderful. I love that you cater for all ages of children too, not just little ones. There are fantastic patterns and plain colours for secondary school kids. My latest order came crazy fast, I wasn't expecting it to arrive before school as I left it a bit late, however it did! Thank you EZ Covers! Keep up the top work!

We have been using EZ covers for 7 years now, some of the covers have been recycled every year and they're still in good nick. Every year they bring our new designs so we keep adding to our collection!
