Pessimo servizio
In data 30.04 ho acquistato un cavo sennheiser (costo totale + di 50 EUR, che doveva essere consegnato l'11.05. Non avendolo ricevuto ho chiamato il servizio clienti : non ho mai avuto una risposta sul motivo del ritardo e non ho ricevuto il cavo. Avrei dovuto essere richiamata non è stato fatto. Avrei dovuto ricevere una mail: non l'ho ricevuta.

Delusione totale acquistato telefono…
Delusione totale acquistato telefono fisso mi avevano garantito il funzionamento con una linea analogica in realtà non funzione dopo un giorno o richiesto il reso e il rimborso mi hanno richiesto € 50 contro un acquisto di € 27 + spese di trasporto per renderglielo.
Dichiarandomi che per era antieconomico rendere l'oggetto appena acquistato. Io sapevo che si poteva recedere da un acquisto in 7 giorni gratuitamente.

Mi sono trovato benissimo, acquistato un centralino , è arrivato nei tempi richiesti ben imballato, preconfigurato e funzionante. Oltretutto molto pregevole il post vendita. Consiglio vivamente sia per competenza che per rapporto qualità prezzo. Eccellente.
