First class service so rarely found these days!
These guys are simply brilliant in terms of customer service, communication, delivery and sorting out tricky technical issues.
Resolved a problem I had in regard to replacing a catch on my tumble dryer in so much that we jointly established that the new 'original' part had been manufactured wrong. Nevertheless, they sourced the correct part and dispatched overnight ant it arrived less than 24hrs later.
More than I had ever expected!

Customer Service - They don't need you !
Dear Ezee - Fix
My comments below whilst valid now have an explanation apparently now investigating a computer problem. I had a phone message saying my order had been dispatched and my card details were secure.
Item deliverd today.
WELL RECOVERED EZEE-FIX
Well I wanted a new cutlery basket for the AEG dish washer and found this well afirmed online supplier and placed an order.
Thought that was that and awaited confirmation but none has come but I fortunately retained the order number, 1000 47 56. Then decided to phone but went to answer phone and left message for call back. Guess what it didn't happen. Emailed customer service - Guess what no reply.
Phoned again and left another message without response.
My concerns are is this a bandit organisation taking my credit card and personal details.
What a fiasco.

AWFUL SERVICE !! Badly treated from start to finish
Was sent the wrong parts, wanted me to pay to send them back out of my own pocket which would have cost me more than the original £21 !!! Then had the cheek to ask for another £21 up front to send out the correct replacement which all in all took from 9th April to 8th May to sort out - still haven't got want I originally wanted !!!

Really sorry to hear you weren’t happy with our service, we take great pride in offering the highest level of customer service to our customers.
In this instance the first order you placed online was placed in error at your end as a model number was not used to find the correct parts to fit your appliance.
We take full responsibility for the cost of return postage if there is an error on our end or if the part is faulty but if something is ordered incorrectly then we ask that the customer pays for the item to be returned and then we issue a full refund for the price of the item ordered.

Fantastic service, very cheap and very fast.
The door handle on my washing machine broke yesterday, after searching the internet for a couple of hours I was disappointed to find the manufacturer didn't have many spares, was charging £80 for the entire door and didn't give a part number for the handle on it's own, several other websites reckoned my machine was obsolete and they didn't have any parts (it's only five years old!). I eventually managed to work out the part number of the handle and found it in one place for £30, then I found this site selling it for less than half that, I ordered it yesterday at 3pm and it has arrived today and my machine is fixed less than 24 hours from when I ordered the part. Brilliant, thanks for your help, will definitely use you again next time something breaks...

Very poor service, still waiting for bulb cover
Ordered 3 bulb covers for a AEG oven on 20 December 2012, thought I could trust this company for a fairly quick delivery, judging by their previous feedback, NO CHANCE at all.
Covers did not arrive before Christmas, covers did not arrive over Christmas either, no its 2nd January and still no covers, have now been advised that they don't have any and I won't get them until at least 8th January. Very poor communication too, I had to ring them to find out the problem, I am now having to asborb the whole cost of these covers just to keep the goodwill with one of my own regular customers. Will never use this company again.
