This Seller Cannot Be Trusted – No Refund After 2 Months

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Jan Budina ezidri
I made a payment via bank transfer, trusting this seller, but the process turned into a complete nightmare. The parcel got stuck in customs and was returned, and despite this, I have been waiting for nearly 2 months without any refund.
The tracking clearly shows that the package has already reached Prague but was marked as “undeliverable.” From that point, the issue is clearly between the seller and the shipping company. However, instead of taking responsibility, the seller keeps delaying and asking me to wait.
This is absolutely unacceptable. As a customer, I should not be forced to chase the shipping company or wait indefinitely for a problem that is not mine.
Be very careful when dealing with this seller. If you are asked to pay via bank transfer, think twice — you may end up losing both your money and your time.
I expect an immediate refund and a proper resolution to this issue.
