Dylan Rhodes, was our assistant. We had considerable difficulty making our purchase with the online interest free credit company. He was so helpful, so respectful to two older women who fought with the technology and codes and passwords and it all took considerable time. He made us coffee, gave us constant support without making us feel stupid or inadequate.
I the end we decided to bring it home to try to complete the transaction
He followed us up with telephone support, offered again to help if we want to go back over to the shop. We managed to complete the purchase and he foned us back confirm all was cplete, we were so grateful we could not have done it without him

Excellent delivery
I had an excellent customer experience from Robert and Aaron who delivered my sofa in Belfast. The space between the stairs and the door was very tight making it difficult to get the sofa to fit through the door. Robert and Aaron were outstanding and went out of their way and tried every angle to get the sofa in, and did so successfully. They were helpful, friendly, and professional and made a stressful situation much easier and I am very grateful for their efforts. Shauna M

EZ Living Holywood Exchange…Thanks to Phil
My sister & I went to EZ Living at Holywood Exchange Belfast today. I bought a small lamp table which I'm delighted with. We were served by Phil Brannigan who was so pleasant & interested in helping us. I was able to take the table home there & then he removed the packaging etc to make it easier to transport. Great service
I was after a large living room rug. I was assisted by Dylan Rhodes, who was very pleasant and offered helpful impartial advice. I ended up ordering a rug, and was amazed to find it arrive the very next day (I wasn't expecting it for at least a few days). Great service all in all, and I'd recommend EZ Living.

AVOID at all costs and do not buy Gaurdsman Insurance. I bought a 3 seater sofa and 2 matching armchairs and was asked if I wished to purchase insurance, I asked did it cover the set as a whole and was told YES. Fast forward 4 years and my sofa got damaged and I tried to make a claim to be told that my policy didn't exist and was never registered by EZ furniture, after numerous calls and emails I got this rectified, to then be told that all items were dealt with individually and only sofa was covered and no longer in stock, so I am now offered to buy and alternative Sofa and have 2 odd chairs, despite being told different.
The insurance is a scam, I have now heard of numerous people who have discovered that their policy was never registered until they attempted to make a claim. I have emailed customer services and they were helpful but reverted me back to the store and they have failed to return calls .
For transparency I have added customer number for company to view and I am leaving review on behalf of my mother

Upon reviewing your case with our Customer Care team, we identified that your Guardsman policy was incorrectly submitted due to a human error at the point of sale. We have taken immediate action to rectify this issue and ensure your policy is properly registered.
We have confirmed with Guardsman that your 3-seater sofa and both matching armchairs are indeed covered under the policy. However, please be aware that claims are assessed on an individual item basis. In this instance, only the damaged sofa is eligible for the current claim, while the armchairs remain covered for any future claims you may need to make.
