Great friendly service in a local shop
We visited the Blarney street store to purchase a new couch and chair. Our salespersons name was Damien, he was extremely helpful as we were undecided on what we wanted.
What we had initially decided to buy had been sold out so he offered alternative options which we were delights with and went ahead with our purchases.
He explained the benefits of their delivery service which we also paid for.

Damien you deserve a medal
I visited your store on blarney street today with my elderly father.We were greated by Damien.What can u say about this gentleman.His customer service was outstanding.This man went above and behind his role for customer service.He was so patient and courteous with my father who’s very elderly.When it came to myself the man had patients of a saint is all I can say.He deserves a medal after dealing with me.But to be fair he was so mannerly very professional went above and beyond his roll in every way possible to accommodate both my father and myself.We did end up buying a Recliner chair for my father and a 3 seater couch for myself.Fantasic service and great value for money. Very positive experience
I recently went to the ez living store on Blarney street and bought some furniture for my new home. Damien and Robert were extremely helpful and pleasant to chat to. Delivery was less than a week wait, this is important for me as I'm not very patient with long waits for stock. Would highly recommend the Blarney street store as a less obvious option and one that has some great bargains, delighted with my new chair!
