Happy experience here. I appreciate how friendly the staff were, from in-store to the delivery crew. Had to wait about 2 months for our stuff though, so I suggest you buy well in advance. Overall, would highly recommend.

positive shopping experience
Great range of products, well presented. Quality seems very good. Staff knowledgable and helpful but not pushy. We arrived late on a Sunday and bought a few items including a suite of furniture and despite the time George was happy to guide us through what was possible and showed us all that we asked. it was well after 6 before we left the sales counter but at no time were we made to feel like we had held anyone up, which we had so apologies for that. hopefully the aftersales lives up to the rest of the experience.

Amazing
I was in the showroom today and I had such a lovely experience looking at living room furniture. The offers and sales on at the moment are brilliant. Niamh Power was the salesperson that dealt with me. Niamh was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was my first time in the store, the displays were beautiful and professionally done. My wife wanted to get to see the Sofa's in-person before we bought them. Niel (Naas Store) set us up with the quotations and Niamh (Carlow Store) made the experience a seemless one.
They allowed us time and ensured our questions were answered. We were fully satisfied and we ended up buying not only the Sofas but additional dining chairs.

Called with my mam to look at couches
Called with my mam to look at couches. George was the man who helped. It was a very present experience for both of us. George was very helpful but not pushy, left us to decide what we wanted to purchase & checked back in with us which saved walking as my mam is elderly.
