Staff went out of there way to ring another store closer to my home to see if they had it in stock, or if my purchase could be delivered to the other store. Didn't work out but a great customer service experience.

Mattress and delivery
We brought our mattress in January and received as scheduled in February. Mikey and Denis where brilliant a delivery, being considerate and taking shoes off before coming into house and also being careful navigating around smoothly to not touch existing furniture.
