Gullivers Retail park

New couch purchase.
I spoke to Marco in the Gulliver's Retail Park and he was extremely pleasant and helpful with my enquiries. He printed me out the details of my order and a breakdown of the costs. I returned the following day to place an order but even though Marco was on his day off, James very kindly went through everything with me and placed my order. We then agreed on a delivery date and James printed the invoice and very kindly attached Marco's card to my invoice. I thought this was a very kind gesture on James's part. The staff were lovely and very helpful and professional to deal with.

Excellent service and prices
The display was never ending with everything set out in a way you could visualise it in your home. Nino was a very helpful and polite salesperson and had a big smile and great sense of humour. He explained the process from start to finish including additional security and delivery texts and calls prior to them arriving at the door. Delivery was reasonable and the sale and discount incentives meant we got true value for money.

NEVER PHONED BACK…
Delighted with my purchase of a sofa bed. See previous review. The problem was the delivery. The sofa arrived as promised however the assembly and removal of packaging didn't. The delivery team stressed that if the sofa is taken out of the box the sofa can't be returned. They also said the sofa is already assembled. They left promptly. I removed the box and assembled the legs. I was left with a lot of packaging. I couldn't get rid of it as the bin men refused. I decided to phone the wonderful people I bought it from at the EZ living shop. NO PROBLEM we will sort that for you. I will phone you back in the afternoon. I waited and waited and no phone back. There is a lesson here. Make sure the delivery team do what was on the receipt. ASSEMBLY and Removal of packaging. OR it might be better to stir clear of Ezi Living Interiors.

Excellent Service & follow up
We had a wonderful experience choosing our new corner suite in Ez Living Interiors Gullivers retail park the staff member Nicola who looked after us was very helpful throughout and answered our questions on a number of visits as we wanted to ensure the suite we chose was right for our living room. Although we did have to wait a few weeks for our delivery due to stock levels Nicola kept us updated with the expected arrival date and we are very happy with the Sofa we chose. We will definitely return to this store.
