Bought a mattress here and George was really helpful in explaining the different brands and styles etc. But also allowed us plenty of time to assess ourselves so we didn’t feel under any pressure. Purchasing process was fats and straight forward and the team were all very friendly.

We had initially tried to order a bed frame, but were informed that our preferred colour was out of stock and might not be available until after October, so we decided not to proceed at that time.
A few minutes later, Simon called us back to let us know they had the same bed frame in a different colour. Although we appreciated the effort, we really wanted our original choice, so we declined.
About an hour later, Simon called again with some unexpected and wonderful news. A customer had unfortunately cancelled their order, which meant the exact bed frame and colour we wanted had become available. We were absolutely delighted and placed the order immediately, paying the deposit on the spot.
Simon was incredibly proactive and went above and beyond to help us. His customer service was outstanding, and he also offered us a great price. We really appreciate his dedication and excellent service. Highly recommended!
