Product is good and in stock but...
Product is good and in stock. On the downside i forgot to ask whether the old mattress was taken back at delivery so i phoned. Staff couldnt take query or answer question. I was promised a callback. No callback. Then the delivery guy put black handprints on my new mattress when removing the plastic. They came off with a bit of effort with a wet wipe but still.

Leo was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to go through all the measurements with me carefully and even measured everything out so I felt comfortable that the furniture would fit my room properly.
He also gave me the brilliant advice of laying out the measurements with masking tape so I could visualise the layout in my space before purchasing. That was such a helpful tip and made the decision so much easier.
