Great customer service
Great customer service, I dealt with the branch in Sandyford and was dealing with Dion on the phone. He was so helpful in getting me what I wanted. I was ordering garden furniture and it was the last one left. Dion helped me sort it all out. Great experience.

The staff in store were very helpful
The staff in store were very helpful. The furniture was delivered as scheduled and the delivery men (Shane & Mikey) were friendly. My only complaint is that some of the items I saw in the store that I liked had a very long lead in time. I ended up having to buy one that I didn't like quite as much because I couldn't wait that long. They should really only show items that are available for delivery soon.

EZ Living don’t stick to their own contracts
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at EZ Living Interiors Sandyford. And this is the second issue within a month!
I purchased a sofa and armchair after being quoted a price by a sales representative and paying based on that quotation. Only after the sale was completed was I told that I needed to sign a contract, something the salesperson had forgotten to do at the time of purchase.
Several weeks later, I received a call informing me that the armchair had been quoted incorrectly and would actually cost an additional €280. I was also told that the dimensions originally provided were wrong and that the armchair is approximately one-third larger than the model I believed I had ordered. Both the incorrect dimensions and incorrect price were mistakes made by EZ Living, not by me.
When I was informed of these changes, asked if I could cancel the order, as I would never have agreed to purchase the armchair at the higher price. I was told cancellation was not possible.
What I find most concerning is that EZ Living is now refusing to release the armchair unless I pay the additional €280, despite the fact that the extra charge is the direct result of their own errors.
I have a signed contract showing the original agreed price, yet I am being asked to pay more for mistakes that were entirely outside my control.
As a customer, I seem to be left with no reasonable option:
• I cannot cancel the order.
• I cannot receive the item I ordered.
• I am being asked to pay extra because of errors made by EZ Living.
This raises serious concerns about customer service, accountability, and how pricing errors are handled.
If a customer makes a mistake, they are expected to honour the agreement. It is disappointing that the same standard does not appear to apply when the mistake is made by the retailer.
At present, this has been one of the most frustrating retail experiences I have encountered, and based on my experience, I would urge other customers to shop elsewhere.
