Despite the long wait for the furniture I purchased from EZ Living, I must say that the quality of the products and service made the experience much better.
The drivers, Mikey and Denis, did a great job delivering and assembling my sofa. They were very polite, friendly, and professional — two genuinely nice people doing an excellent job.

The sales representative did not clearly communicate important details during the sale. I was assured of a specific delivery timeframe, paid a 50% deposit based on that promise, and later found out the delivery date did not match what was agreed. When I raised the issue, instead of acknowledging the miscommunication, the blame was placed on me. There was no effort to understand the problem or provide any meaningful support.
What’s even more frustrating is that no one from the team made any real attempt to resolve the issue. The lack of accountability and customer care was extremely disappointing.
After this experience, I would not recommend this store.

Your response is incomplete and does not address the actual issue.
The problem was not about house keys or balance payment. The sales representative clearly told me — and I double and triple checked — that the item would be delivered after 16th December and before Christmas. Based on that assurance, I paid the 50% deposit in November.
As the date approached, I was then told delivery would be on the 15th or pushed to January. This directly contradicted what was promised at the time of sale.
When I raised the issue, there was no accountability or real effort to resolve it. Instead, I was kept in back-and-forth emails and left under pressure to sort out the situation myself. I ultimately had to purchase a bed from another store to avoid further inconvenience.
This issue arose because the sales representative was eager to secure the sale but failed to honour what was promised.
That is the real context of my experience.

We were given many recommendations and ideas including the financing options available and Mike Loomes was very accommodating for finding the best items we wanted. Further he showed us discounted items as well which is up for clearance. Overall experience was great

I visited the store last week to place a pre-order for a mattress, bed base, and protection plan. On that occasion, we were extremely well assisted by Maite and Manuel, who were both helpful, attentive, and professional.
Today, we returned to finalize the purchase, but unfortunately both were off. We were assisted by Gillian, whose attitude was noticeably disinterested from the beginning.
We clearly explained how we wanted the order structured, as I had €1,500 approved on my Humm account and my wife had €2,000 approved on hers. We asked for the €1,399 bed to be placed under my name, with the bed frame and mattress protection under my wife’s account.
However, the order was not processed as requested. When I pointed this out, “Gillian” stated that the order had already been executed and could not be changed. I calmly explained that this was not what we had asked for, but she insisted nothing could be done.
What was most disappointing was her reaction afterward — she simply stood up and walked away while we were still speaking, leaving us there without any resolution or assistance.
This experience was completely inconsistent with the excellent service we previously received from Maite and Manuel.
We had been looking for dining room chairs. EZliving in Sandyford had an amazing range. We found a lovely set. We were served by Jack who was wonderful. He organised a day for delivery and told us about arrangements for the delivery. We got a call on the day before to confirm day and a call an hour before to tell us they were coming . I could not recommend Ezliving interiors Sandyford highly enough. What a dedicated and professional organisation.

Haven’t opened the boxes yet but the sales and delivery experience from EZ living has been excellent. Dave, our sales contact was helpful and explained everything well. Thanks to Louis and Val our delivery drivers. They gave us a timeframe, reminded us when they were on the way and arrived on time.

Mikey and Denis arrived with the furniture exactly at the time agreed, they brought it up two sets of stairs without leaving a mark and took all the wrapping away.
