I was in the wexford store today looking for a new sofa. It was my first time in store. The shops standards were excellent. Everything was perfectly displayed. The sales women Audrey Francis was brilliant. So welcoming and helpful. Great experience. Will definitely shop again. Highly recommended.

Excellent Staff
Had such a great experience at EZ Living Wexford thanks to one of the staff members (Jennifer F)! She was super friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. She helped us compare options without any pressure and made the whole process so easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find the right pieces. We walked out feeling confident about our purchase and we were well looked after. Big thanks to Jennifer for making the visit such a positive one!
Also huge thanks to the delivery guys (Lar & Kurt) for the brilliant service! They arrived on time, handled everything with care, and were really polite and efficient.

I ordered and paid in full for a cabinet in the Wexford shop I returned 2 days later to cancel my order The staff member informed me the piece had not yet been ordered and that it would not be ready till September anyway ie. four months later When I cancelled my order I was REFUSED a refund I asked to speak to a manager and was told to read the rule on refunds ie I could NOT receive one !!! They issued me with a Credit note To date I have not used this as I’m so annoyed with this company There is nothing I want in the shop but of course will use it eventually as I would not leave my money with them forever !!!!

Fantastic Experience - Knowledgeable & Friendly
I went into the Wexford store with no particular aim but lots of questions. I met with Raul who was really friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the products. He was able to make recommendations and give advice which was really helpful. I came back in the next day and he remembered my name (well impressed by that!) I bought two rugs today, and I will 100% be back again based off my experience :)

Excellent customer experience. Our staff member (Jennifer F.) was super helpful, polite, and kind.
Any questions or concerns we had was taken care of professionally and promptly. I would highly recommend purchasing from the store.

Excellent Salespeople, Quote Saved Us Money, a Great Experience
The wonderful, kind and helpful salespeople- Audrey and Denisa - were brilliant! Audrey was super helpful without being pushy at all, and issued us a quote that meant the price of the mattress we were buying was frozen (for 7 days) at the price it was on the day we enquired. This resulted in us saving 49eur on delivery - which was essential for us being able to afford the mattress. Denisa processed our transaction a few days later and was so friendly and helpful, read the T&Cs to us clearly and made sure our quote was honoured. Overall a brilliant experience and we will purchase from EZ Living in the future.
