Disappointed and unreliable
On the 3rd of June I made my purchase firstly it took over 3 weeks to get 2 of them delivered, then one was wrong and in the end they told me one of what I had paid for was unavailable over 3 weeks later!
Terrible service WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I have looked into this and can see you had purchased a display model from our store and took this with you on the day.
In relation to the other 2 barstools - whilst the system showed there was 2 available - there was an error - there was infact only one available unfortunately, mistakes can happen and we can only apologise for this.
i believe customer service have already been in touch and offered you a full refund or re-selection.

Susan, Cavan store.
Went into the store in Cavan for a look as had never been there before, Susan asked us if we were needed any help and I asked a few questions about a sofa we were looking at and she kindly explained all to us and also about waiting times ect and she even went and got measurements of the couch for us, so we could measure size for our room! Hopefully will be back to purchase, Susan was lovely and was very helpful.
