Clarify Assembly where Appropriate
I bought a number of furniture units from the Naas Road Store. All went well until the delivery when there was a misunderstanding about assembly arrangements. I contacted the store manager who was extremely helpful and with the support of customer services the matter was finalised to my complete satisfaction. Furniture is of excellent quality, and so was the response of the company to my dilemma.

Staff did NOT listen to my order…
Staff did NOT listen to my order correctly and then tried to justify their mistake.
When they were correct on the mistake, they insisted they were right .
The manager stepped in and sorted things out but by that time I had made the decision to cancel the order .
I will not be shopping at that store again.
Staff need more information/training.

Fantastic experience at EZ Living Naas Road!We recently visited the Naas Road store and picked up the Annalee 3-Seater Beige Fabric Cinema Chaise Sofa alongside a beautiful 200cm Oak Dining Table. We had searched absolutely everywhere for the perfect sofa, and this one is incredible. The extendable option and adjustable headrests are exactly what we were looking for.A massive thank you to Alan, who looked after us throughout our visit. He was super helpful, patient, and highly informative about the pieces. Excellent customer service from start to finish-we will definitely be back!
