I recently bought an ottoman double bed, it feels good 🥰 I’m enjoying my sleep. The delivery guys were so friendly, they mounted the bed, it didn’t take them long to mount it.
I highly recommend EZ furniture Fonthill.

Bad work practice
The couch was destroyed beyond repair and only informed 3 hrs before delivery and the pics we order were cancelled on the order when we went to collect them

Hi Georgina,
I have just looked into your order and can see that when the warehouse team were loading your sofa in the warehouse for delivery they noticed the item was damaged - the frame was bent.
Unfortunately accidents can happen in the warehouse and we can only apologise.
The team called you to advise that they would not be delivering the sofa to you as there was no more of that particular sofa in stock until the end of the month so rather than delivering the damaged sofa - this was the best action to take.
I can see the team have been in touch with you and have looked after you.
Again we can only apologise.
