We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the delivery time.
I can see the order was placed on Sunday 18th May.
We only deliver to your area one day per week which is a Friday so that week was already fully booked at that point but I can see we delivered your order to you the following Friday 30th May which was the next available date - 10 working days later.
We also offer a Click and Collect service from our store in castlebar which would have been available for collection earlier had you chosen this option.
