EZ Living has earned a low rating from me, not due to the quality of their products, but because of the disappointing service I received from the staff. The store has an air of exclusivity that made me feel unwelcome. I placed an order online and went to the Sligo store to pick it up. Sadly, I was ignored at first while two employees were deep in conversation. I had to step in and interrupt them just to get their attention. After that, one of them reluctantly went to retrieve my items. This experience has convinced me to stick to online shopping from now on and have my purchases delivered to my home. It feels as though the shop conveys that I'm not "good enough" to be there.
