I have been in touch with the store in relation to your order and I believe you had been advised of the delivery date prior to making the purchase.
As explained, the item on your order is a floor model - this cannot be removed from the store until the new model arrives to replace it once it is removed.
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery and to ensure you are added the schedule.
I hope this explains the delay in delivery for you.
