EZ Living Furniture - Tallaght Reviews 

Ordered a dining room table along with matching chairs and high stools from this store, table arrived completely broken, supposed to be solid oak but chunks gone out of the table. It’s now been over a week since I received the broken table and I have to wait another week for it to come back and be collected and only after that will I receive a refund. No option for a new table or alternative table was given, had to rang and email multiple times for a response, then was told I will not receive any refund if I want to return the matching chairs only store credit and I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee!! Disgraceful to deliver a table in such bad condition and then to receive zero help from customer service for their own wrong doing. Absolutely ridiculous!! Will never ever be buying again!!

Very helpful guy

I was in store today and had the pleasure of being served by a lovely young girl Marcia. She assisted me with everything I needed and gave me measurements. She also has a real flare for interior design and gave me lots of helpful ideas for my renovations. Will definitely be back to ask for Marcia when I’m ready to buy!

I do not recommend buying from this chain of stores, we bought an expensive bed and mattress, the movers came to our house and claimed that the headboard could not be raised to the room, they left all the parts and left, it turns out they lied and we were able to raise the headboard to our room without any problems.
We have been contacting the chain's customer service for two weeks, they promise to get back to us and do not get back to us, they keep promising that the manager will get back to us but the manager does not get back to us!!

Having visited the store to view a particular sofa, I spoke to Aiden who was able to provide all the information I needed, including alternative sizing, colours and lead times.
I found his manner to be very friendly and professional. This helped to make my decision to buy much easier.

Went into the Tallaght store to buy a garden set which was out of stock so was given the display with a €500 discount. Set is in perfect condition! Staff were very helpful and friendly. lots a gorgeous items in store and so good deals to be had!

I paid €50 for delivery and €50 for mattress recycling, but the service I received was extremely disappointing.

When the delivery team arrived, I politely asked them to remove their shoes as I had just installed new carpet on the stairs. They declined, citing insurance reasons — which I can understand. However, when I then asked to place a protective cover on the stairs, they refused to wait and told me to bring the mattress downstairs myself if I wanted it recycled.

If I am doing both the job myself what did I pay 100 Euros for?

To make matters worse, they left the new mattress upstairs, unopened, and told me I’d have to unbox it and place it on the bed myself, as that’s apparently not part of their service. So effectively, I paid €50 just to have the mattress dropped upstairs, without any setup.

This was a very poor experience and certainly not what I expected from a professional delivery service. I strongly recommend clarifying what is and isn’t included before making a purchase from this store.
