Ordered a gift for a birthday present
Ordered a gift for a birthday present. Was supposed to be ready for click and collect on Wednesday still no email to say its ready and the birthday has now passed. Disappointing. Contacted them and then they said it was probably in my spam. Checked and no email. 3 emails sent to me but no date for collection. Just a confirmation email a payment email and an email to say you would be in touch when order would be ready. Can send in details if you wish. Got text yesterday to collect in the next 4 days. Should it not be 7 days.

Visited the tullamore branch a few…
Visited the tullamore branch a few times , and the one at bluebell in Dublin. The staff are excellent, Avril in tullamore was very patient and helpful at every visit. The range of stock means there is something for everyone's taste . 5 star great.

From the moment I walked in, Gary was friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right pieces. He listened carefully to what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions about my space, and offered suggestions that were both practical and stylish.
What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure—just honest advice and a clear knowledge of the products. He even showed me different options within my budget and gave tips on how to match the furniture. Thanks to his help, I left the store feeling confident in my choice and excited for my new furniture to arrive.

The new Bed was delivered on time at 7.15am this morning 1 Sept 2025. The two professional gentlemen did an excellent job in erecting the new bed, removing the cardboard boxes the were attached to, and also help in putting my mattress on the newly assembled bed
