I bought a kitchen table in the Tullamore store a while ago and I have to say, I really enjoyed the experience. The selection was so varied I knew I’d find something to suit and Aaron, who helped us both days we were in store, gave us good advice and was patient as we made our final choice. I rarely give reviews, but people and stores deserve them when they provide a great service. I’ve been in several times since my purchase, and each time the service and attention is just as good.

Great service in Tullamore Store
Great experience in the Tullamore Store. Have bought the majority of our furniture for our house from Ezliving Furniture Tullamore and have always had an excellent experience. The selection of items is second to none and all the stock is bang on trend. Today was no different when supported by Aaron to purchase furniture for my workplace. Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable and really helpful, made the process so simple and smooth. Would highly recommend the store and thanks to all the staff for a great shopping experience.

Ordered a dining table with EZ Living…
Ordered a dining table with EZ Living which we knew was coming in February. The table was further delayed to March unexpectedly. We were without a dining table and had to choose a substitute. The price difference was €150 and we only received €50. We had to call up to fix over phone and their mistake was fixed. Time was taken to go collect new table and it was given without the legs. Product was fine but communication around delays and refund were poor. Disappointed as wanted to support an Irish Company.

I believe we have responded to your partners one star review just previous to this with the explanation which I see has now been removed.
But I will respond here as close as possible matching the previous response.
The order was placed on 11th December @ 9pm (table was out of stock at time of ordering)
This was also re-confirmed to you on 12th December @ 8.30am once your order was processed stating the table was due into stock mid February approx.
On 25th January when we received shipping updates notifying us the shipment was delayed we then called you to advise this (which was 2 weeks prior to when it was due to arrive into stock) and gave you some options to choose from if you were not able to wait for the original order.
On 25th January - you had then emailed looking to change the table and for the price reduction to be applied.
Whilst your email was responded to the following morning and the price reduction was applied with 50.00 refunded as the original table purchased was reduced by a further 50.00 - this was the only change that was noted at the time.
However when we responded to confirm the 50.00 refund had been actioned - you then called us to say it was a change of table altogether which we had not noted from previous email and have apologised that we missed this.. it was an oversight on our behalf - the change of table and further refund of 100.00 was then actioned immediately and the remaining refund of the 100.00 was issued back to your card.
There was no issue with communication -
Your initial email came through at 5pm on the 25th - it was responded to at 9.40am on the 26th the following morning with everything changed and refund processed by 10.23am.
Your table was then booked for the quickest collection (in 5 days at your chosen store)
As per the previous response - we can only apologise that the legs of the table was not given to you on the day and only one box was loaded in your car - We hold our hands up to this - Yes it was an error on our behalf which we are so very sorry - this was human error however I feel we put it right when the legs of the table were dropped to your parents home.
We are a proud Irish company with a great team of dedicated hard working people - on on occasion human error can occur.
We do hope this does not deter you from shopping with us in the future.
Disappointing Experience with EZ Living
I purchased a bed frame from EZ Living, spending over €1400, with an expectation of quality and service commensurate with the price. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After a prolonged wait of three weeks for delivery, the bed frame arrived today with a broken leg. This was not just an inconvenience but also a letdown, considering the anticipation and the amount spent.
I had chosen EZ Living over other reputable competitors, hoping for superior quality and customer service. However, the issue of receiving a damaged product and the overall experience have led me to rethink this decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend EZ Living to those seeking assurance of quality and service. This incident reflects a need for improvement in their quality control and customer service standards.
Overall, my experience with EZ Living was underwhelming, and I advise potential customers to temper their expectations if considering a purchase from them.

Great quality with great prices
All staff in the Tullamore Branch very helpful and knowledgeable. Purchased a living room set great quality and reasonable prices. Just purchased a mattress for my sons bed from them as the price was a great deal and this a company I would trust.
