I was tasked with looking into an EV company for our business and called the first few that came up on Google but they either didn't answer, went to voicemail or answered but were confused how I had got through to them as assumed I was an existing customer and didn't know where to direct me...odd! Tried EZOO next and sent an enquiry and Hiten responded that day. We set up a teams call and he went through everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Once we signed up, I dealt with Katie who was also great and responded quickly with any queries I had. The portal is a bit clunky but we found if you just gave a rough list of cars you liked, they would keep an eye for you and send over what they thought you might like. There was a bit of confusion in the actual set up of the contract so we had a further teams call with a couple of other members of the team and this was then resolved swiftly too. My only reason for knocking off a star, because I do really think the team and customer service levels are great at Ezoo all round, is the fact I got my car so quickly, I didn't have a charger installed at home. This is done by an external company and their lead times did not match what Ezoo had said. I had to charge up at pricey supermarkets a few times and was then offered a charger by Ezoo that I could plug in to a normal socket but by then the charger company had managed to give me an earlier date. The car itself is great and so are my team members cars. Overall I would highly recommend Ezoo.

This was my first experience with salary sacrifice, and after a lot of research, I decided to move from a personal lease to a salary sacrifice scheme. It can be quite a daunting process, especially with the recent government changes.

During my search, Ezoo and a few other companies came up, but the Ezoo team really stood out. After speaking with Hiten, I was immediately impressed—his knowledge and professionalism from the very first point of contact gave me confidence in moving forward.

Hiten and Katie have both been excellent throughout. As this is also the first time my business has ventured into salary sacrifice, their guidance and support have been invaluable. Making a change like this is never easy, but their expertise and reassurance put both me and the company at ease.

They were also incredibly patient while I took time deciding which car to choose—something that isn’t easy when you’re committing for the next three years. On top of that, we had a lot of questions about salary sacrifice and the potential impact of government changes, all of which were clearly explained so we felt fully informed.

I can’t yet comment on the car or delivery, as it has only just been ordered, but I’m eagerly awaiting its arrival. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend Ezoo to anyone considering the salary sacrifice route. I’ll be sure to provide an update once the car arrives.

Chose Ezoo as had been recommended by a friend who used them at their company. The process was smooth and proactive. They were able to give me a temporary car while all the documents were finalised. Hiten was very helpful in explaining how it all worked.

I did some research on the car salary sacrifice market and Ezoo was a company recommended for SMEs, plus the on-line reviews were good, so I decided to short-list Ezoo with 3 other organisations.

I then chose Ezoo as my initial conversation with Hiten Patel was excellent - answered all my queries in a professional manner, got back to me quickly when I e-mailed him. I also liked the subscription model to start with which the other providers didn't offer.

The process up until everything was signed off was excellent and efficient, no issues with when it was passed to their finance team who then handle the paperwork. it was a very smooth process.

I can't comment about how the employee feels about Ezoo but from my perspective I would recommend Ezoo.

Excellent experience dealing with Sukhi. He has gone above and beyond for me due to delays with obtaining the car I had ordered.

My new Ford Explorer was initially delayed through no fault of Ezoo, but Sukhi managed the process and kept me informed as and when an update was available. It so happens, that the car did arrive early and I am really pleased with it. I cannot recommend Sukhi and the team enough.

Sales and Support through the Business subscription for the Macan EV has been great from Katie and Alex, they are swift with responses and support and provide great deals with insurance included.

Shuki had also ensured my recent issues with my vehicle has been promptly addressed alongside setting up my Porsche app within a few days of delivery. I'm very impressed with the level of customer service they provide.

The spec of my Macan EV has actually been very good with most of the required functionalities included, I would hope as a forward improvement to perhaps have newer cars/fleet with less mileage and perhaps more varied options for the business subscription stocks to choose from. Other than that, would love to continue with Ezoo on business subscriptions basis and try out other models upcoming.

I had a business subscription with EZOO for my company on a Tesla Model Y. I first dealt with Lash on my original query, who was really helpful, explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout. The whole process was straightforward and smooth. The car was delivered within a week and the driver gave a great handover, walking me through the car. Excellent service from start to finish.
