COVID-19 has created a world of new situations and the mistake you made in your Will is the 1st time someone did this with one of our Wills. Someone else had asked us beforehand if they could digitally sign their Will during CB.
As you now know a Will is NOT a document which the law allows to be signed digitally.
We're pleased we helped you 'dodge that bullet' and also pleased you saw the value of our Platinum Upgrade and used it.
Easy-to-use and top-notch service! Highly recommended.
I was hasty in the writing of my will and made several errors after submission. One of the founders of EzWills kindly contacted me and pointed them out. At EzWills we wish to help our users make GOOD Wills that do not create high chances of having parts of it fail by ademption or lapsing.
The general public and persons with limited experience in drafting Wills can only ever make a Will with limited foresight. That's not a fault. Just a limitation.
Years of experience in writing Wills, managing Estates and doing Estate litigation means we can see potential problems ahead of time. We have seen parts of a Will fail or Wills being challenged because of some oversight by the Will maker.

Someone who has no experience or little experience in writing a Will may think the more choices and the more 'stuff' they can get into their Will the better.
Writing a Will should not be like treating yourself to a buffet. The worst that may happen with a buffet is you over-eat and get indigestion.
With a Will you won't get to see the bad result because you won't be here but your family may end up spending a significant portion of your estate in court trying to sort out a complicated mess.
So for anyone who says that EzWills is only for doing simple Wills we say 'Thank you for the compliment'.
We're more than happy to let others say they can help you if you want to make a Will with lots and lots of options. We prefer to simplify things and keep things simple.

An ideal way to draft a simple will at reasonable cost
This is a good way to draft a basic will by following the guided steps. I have done my will and thought it has been perfect but Ezwills actually emailed me the following day to point out potential problems that may have arises in the future based on what I have entered. They have made an extra mile to alert me on the potential messy problem based on their legal knowledge which I think it's really excellent! It turned out that I have not fully understand some legal perspective and I like to make some changes to my original will. Ezwills provides me the opportunity to correct that change free of charge and I really appreciate that. Thanks a lot!
The service experience with Ezwills has been great with the response over my queries super prompt over emails, in addition to its user-friendly process in drafting the will online.
I will recommend anyone who wishes to draft a simple will- so that it makes things easier for our family members (should some casualty happen and caught off-hand on).

Simple and fuss free will writing. Would hv been even more perfect if there are provision to name and leave behind specific items for specific beneficiaries. But till then, this is good enough!

At the time you made your Will it was not possible to allow some users to make specific gifts. However we have now made changes that allows all users to make a specific gift if they wish to provided they select the Deluxe version of our Wills. Give it a try.

A lot of time and effort has been put into ensuring a good experience for users. Keeping things simple is the key.
It would have been counter productive to rush something out if it did not work properly.
That would only turn users off and stops them making their Wills. That would not be good.
Checking the Wills is NOT part of the service you paid for but you got it for free as we are carrying out QC checks.
Simple to use, great customer service
It may appear as a mere computer program which just churns out a legal document based on your inputs. I was shocked that a staff from Ezwills actually emailed me the following day to point out certain errors which I have entered, and offered to get it corrected Free Of Charge.
The service is amazing for the low cost, not to mention how user-friendly the whole process it.

Thank you for your kind words. Although checking your Will is not part what you paid for if we do come across any user errors (even if it is by chance we spot the error) we rather you be informed about it so it can be fixed before it becomes a real problem.
Easy and straightforward
Easy to follow the very clear instructions and convenient being able to print documents immediately gives you peace of mind. Confirmation email was received to confirm the wills does not contain any error and is free to proceed for execution. Very reasonable charge no big Solicitor fees to pay.

However, the email confirming your Will was in order is not actually part of what we offer but done only because we were carrying out a quality control check. In future users will need to pay extra to have their Will checked but we intend to keep that fee affordable.
