We have had ezyclean window cleaning service for many years which is very reliable and provides excellent cleaning.

We are very pleased with the excellent service provided by Ezy-Clean Windows. The company's regular service, without using ladders or scaffolding, is now the only window cleaning option we would consider.

Excellent cleaning of Windows by Paul at a frequency that suits us for a very reasonable price.
We always get a text message the day before he comes to clean the windows, and the direct debit method of payment is really useful. Thoroughly recommend Ezy-Clean, and particularly Paul who has the franchise in our area.

Only one visit and then they had admin problems and could not give me a date as to when I would get another clean. Very disappointing and unsatisfactory especially when there are so many window cleaning companies to choose from. I have cancelled them.

The new system of sending false accounts is chaotic and has led me to withdraw from their services. The window cleaning side is good but the admin is attrocious to say the least.

Quite remarkable window cleaning process - no streaks (which I was concerned about before signing up). Plus they use their own water and you pay the company directly via the Website. They also inform you in advance when they are coming, so that you can be in to allow them through to clean the back windows.
Only negative point is, they should use a ladder where some windows can difficult to reach with the long pole.

We had our first clean and as well as a few drips and smears on the windows there was a 6" x 2" streak of bird mess on one window which we then had to clean by hand afterwards. When we mentioned this to Ezy-Clean they tried to blame our original window cleaner who had in all honesty always done a good job. There was no offer of a second clean as mentioned in their advertising and by their rep (NB: This was only offered after posting this review, not when we contacted them). And we were still expected to pay the full amount!
Terrible customer service and they come across as a take-it-or-leave-it, uncaring franchise company who are happy to lose customers as long as they are earning some money.

Our windows were cleaned really well, and Karl was prompt, polite and easy to have around. I would highly recommend him.

What an excellent job Richard did, cleaning our soffits. They look as good as when they were fitted. I cannot praise Richard enough! A big thank you from us both.

My wife spoke to one of your employees about cleaning our windows. He was very helpful and, after checking out what we required, talked us through frequency and cost. We made an appointment for an initial visit and he turned up at the agreed time & date. He did a really good job and we decided to have our windows cleaned on a regular basis.
