From start to finish, Pietro and his team were incredible. Ensuring a professional and friendly mannerism, what would have been a hellish move without them turned out to be controlled and efficient, prompt and hassle free despite my flat being on a 3rd floor with no lift access! I could wholeheartedly not recommend any company more than Fab Moves and Pietro and will definitely be using them whenever I should move again.

Professional Service. Put a lot of thought into the job meaning it ran very smoothly. Friendly guys. Reasonable price. Would use again and highly recommend.

Fab Moves (Pietro and his team) was recommended to me, and it was a fantastic recommendation. In terms of their obligations, they met them 100%. For others considering the daunting task of moving, below is a summary of why I found Fab Moves fantastic:

- Personality: It’s important that the people you are entrusting with your personal items make you feel relaxed and reassured. In this sense Pietro was again superb. I was made to feel safe, confident, and reassured throughout the process.
- Punctuality – Pietro was like a Swiss train. Literally arrives on the dot. Today, he came to pick up the used boxes (more on that below), he texted me to say he was 3 mins late
- Professionality: Social distancing and Covid conscious. Absolutely on the job. No distractions. His flexibility was superb
- Pricing: His pricing was superbly competitive and there were no hidden costs or black boxed pricing. He even had a sliding scale for the second part (as it was hard to know exactly how long it would take) and in the end, it came to the original amount.
- Reassurance: I never once felt stressed or anxious about the move. Pietro was calm and reassuring, and took that problem off my hands
- Green: He offered to use recycled boxes (and also allow me to return the boxes in my own time, and I did that over two rounds, meaning he came to my new place twice to pick up his boxes) and have this reflected in the price. Why do I mention this? My last movers left me with about 60 boxes (and they had used a large box and stuffing for small items), whereas Pietro used the right size and appropriate packaging, thus minimising waste
- Added Value: He sent me pictures of things he was not sure about and allowed me to respond (as I was not there and he wanted to double check). He also pointed out where my king size bed has missing screws and things so I could deal with that

In summary, Fab Moves (and Pietro) did no wrong, and I am certainly going to pass on their details to people who will need such services.

FabMoves did a great job moving our house from Baldock to Norwich. They were dead on time, polite and accurate. We were impressed how knowledgeable and accurate they were when disassembling and assembling furniture when required. Many thanks to make our move seamless.

The team at Fab Moves were so friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. They both packed and moved us. I was kept updated every step of the way and everything was clearly labelled. When we got to the house they assembled all furniture and put the boxes exactly where I needed them. I highly rate this company.

Absolutely fantastic! Second time I’ve used these lads and would use them again 100%! Would highly recommend. Polite, on time, hard working, good rate, experienced, came with blankets and straps. Didn’t have to worry at all, they put together 3 bed for me too - again very well done - it took the pressure of us and made the move enjoyable! 10/10

Sab is very calm and takes everything in his stride - makes you feel that everything will go smoothly. He and Vitali stayed until 7.30 packing up to make sure they could leave at 9.30 the following morning. I have moved in with a friend and they kindly moved a filing cabinet for her when they arrived. They also moved some very heavy stone lions and although they grunted, they never complained! As a single woman I felt very safe and looked after.

Fabian and his team were incredible, nothing was too much for them. They were a pleasure, a great laugh and they managed to remove the stress that comes with a house move.

Fabmoves helped me to move my office out of a building and into storage. Arranging the move was really straightforward and the service on the day of the move was exceptional. Pietro and Ollie couldn't have done more to help, taking great care of our equipment and coming up with a great solution when a large item didn't quite fit.

I had Pietro & Serge help me complete a move to our new house just as the COVID-19 lockdown started. The guys were fantastic, patient in waiting for me to pack up stuff, took as much stuff as they could possibly squeeze in the van and even helped on the other end to plumb in the washing machine. They took care of the furniture and also took our king size bed apart which was massively useful as there was no other way it was leaving the old house. Big thanks Fab Moves!
