3 orders in last 60 days all with issues,
1st-ordered fabric, took them 1 week to inform me error in stock- told I can reorder, ok, but wait the price has gone up.no thanks
2nd- ordered-received-but wait... missing 3-1/2 yard of fabric (main part of order)
3rd- my order has been ''processing'' for 7 days, I was told 4 days ago its shipping out today. can't wait to see what happens now, not looking good my fabric friends.

Spend your money somewhere else

I would highly suggest against ordering from this company unless you want your hard earned money going into a place where the 35 year old manager sleeps with the teenagers who he hires on because he grooms them up first saying hr wants to fire them but he wont agree. Hr is actually his mother, grandmother and father who all know exactly what's going on. Employees are treated terribly and told daily they are replaceable then ask you to come in early or stay late. Only time you have job security is if you're sleeping with him and 18 years old or younger. Doesnt even matter of they have a boyfriend or not. This company and everyone involved with " running" do not stand for anything they claim they do. Nor do they have any morals. Please consider putting your money into a company that actually deserves it.

I've ordered a few times now from fabric.com and I'm very happy with the items I've purchased. My orders are mostly for my home sewing and crafting needs and the fabrics are beautiful, high quality materials. Items arrived quickly and there's never been a mistake in the order. Their site is easy to navigate and lets you know if an item is not available. You can even leave your email to be notified when an item is available again. I'm very happy with fabric.com.

I purchased out door material for my…

I purchased out door material for my outdoor furniture. The material is not outdoor material as the material started getting moldy within six months. I had the previous fabric for 12 years and it never got moldy. It looked old that is why I replaced the fabric. I purchased 13 yards, paid to have the cushions re-upholstered. Cost of $1,000 that I basically through in the garbage. Horrible experience.

Happy happy customer

Their minky is so soft. I've placed 2 orders now. And each time I've been very happy. Orders arrived pretty quickly. I will for sure be going back for my fabric from now on !

Very poor customer service!

Very poor customer service! The company did not have the fabric I ordered despite indicating sufficient yardage online when the order was placed. So, when customer service was contacted to assist me in finding a replacement fabric, they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to send 2 similar color-way swatches on an expedited basis. They expected me to order the swatches online, wait 1 week or more for them to arrive and then make a replacement selection. This is not good customer service and they would not make any out of the ordinary actions to assist. Completely unhelpful. Won't be shopping with this Amazon affiliated company.

customer service are truly dim.... unbelievably so....

I blocked them and will not shop there... They were the only ones with the fabric too... i changed the entire room... they really are that horrible.. so there was a discount ( think 30%... they had 4 yards in stock yet it said re-orderable... I did not know if I ordered the 4 they had in stock as I could have made the curtain for the room ( a little boy's room!) if the next stock would match... or if I could get the current promotion if a ordered all at once although it was not in stock and how to go about that? Yep, you guessed they were not available to connect with. I did waste my time to email to get back literally, about 3 or 4 absolutely dismissive and cocky responses as if they truly did not understand the question. I clearly wrote again, then got agitated after the 3rd time... I may even have told them they were dumb, which is awful I did state to them they have no idea of customer service and then blocked their emails, etc I refuse to ever shop there again... I laughed when I came across this site as I am searching for some elegant fabric for a wedding and thought I'd look... I have to agree with the negative reviews, it was also my experience as well. Sad, I would think anyone in business would want to get and or keep business, apparently not these guys... btw, the room is still in progress here and the little guy is thrilled... rather than do a general hockey theme, I went with BOSTON BRUINS... go Charlie Coyle... yay!!!

Good range, shady advertising, bad customer service.

I like their fabrics, and that's it.

They have more than once listed fabrics as in stock when they weren't.

I'm shipping a small order, so they don't care, and they make that very clear when things go wrong. When I had to reorder a certain fabric because they were out of stock I had to pay shipping again, almost three times the price of the actual fabric. I explained to them that this was because of their mistake, and got a ten dollar discount. To offset a 32 dollar shipping fee. Calling them out on this got nothing.

This is, of course, after around three weeks of very slow communication from them.

Not recommended.

First Purchase Bad Experience

This was my first and only purchase with Fabric.com . I found the exact same fabric priced significantly lower (less than half Fabric.com price) the next day. I contacted customer service who very curtly explained they did not price match and did not offer a small make good , coupon or discount Clearly, my business was not important to this company. I am returning the fabric and going else where. More because of attitude than price.....they also block negative reviews.

BUYERS DEFINITELY BEWARE 🙄

This is two. For two now. Two orders. It’s always something out of stock but the website listed it as in stock.

Customer service skills is EXTREMELY LACKING (not in effort. But in COMPREHENSION)

First order. Last year. 300+ yards
Second order. This year. Made just a few days ago.

——> they have this archaic rule. If you for example order 5 yards. They tell you we only have 1.0, 3.5, and 0.5. You either take all 3 pieces. To add up to your 5.0 yards you ordered or you must pick a different print. What the hell??? I was happy to take the 3.5 yard but I can’t use 0.5 or 1.0 it’s too small the cut

So I was forced to settle on either take 3 pieces of useless materials. Or pick a different print. Well. Seeing as this is a business order. I had already shopped the entire fleece department and I don’t want any of the other prints. So. I ended up okaying an increase to an existing print to have extra yards of that instead 🤷‍♀️Best I could agree to given the situation

This was done. All on the phone. The change in prints etc. I confirmed with the lady. That’s it was going to ship out Monday or Tuesday (I called them Saturday)

Sunday night. Around 9. I get an email from fabric and from amazon pay. That I’m being refunded

Next issue..... someone. Accidentally canceled my order. On Sunday 🥺

And I wanted to save time. I went to re order. I can’t. Cuz. The stock doesn’t enter back into the system right away. 🙄

So. I called them the next morning. Today

They said yeah the rep didn’t see your other messages on Saturday she just saw this one email and canceled the order

We can’t re place the order. You’ll have to do it

But it’s not available cuz it’s not back in the system yet

(The first lady doesn’t even offer to go check)

So I demanded a supervisor

She does go check

And tells me it’s been sold

🤬so. You sold my stock. That you accidentally canceled. 🙄

Okay. So. Now I can’t order until December 5. When that’s print will come back in stock

YOU’D THINK. THEY WOULD OFFER SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION OR EVEN AN APOLOGY FOR THIS? ALL SHE SAYS IS I’M SORRY “YOU’RE UPSET” not I’m sorry we canceled it by mistake. 🙄

Wow. Might I add this is a business order.

This company has great stock. But not very reliable service and personally if it wasn’t for that particular print I wouldn’t even shop here again. They show a lack in understanding of how businesses should be handled when issues hit the fan.

- you can’t combine orders (even if some of your ordered stock is sold out you can’t go order additional stock to ship with the original order. It’s either take it. Or leave it)

- they don’t even bother to offer “oh look hey what we can do is go ahead and ship your new order as is and then when the print we mistakenly canceled and is now out of stock comes back in stock we can definitely go ahead and ship it out to you this way your customers aren’t all kept waiting. (postage on us “”would be nice””apology gesture for this incident)

I would definitely carefully consider before ordering. The first order I placed last year the print I ordered was 8-10 yards. And 544 yards showed in stock. Only to be told 12 hours later the next day at start of business. That they don’t have “ANY” and that the system is wrong 🤷‍♀️They really need to work on a better inventory management program. The website is ALWAYS wrong. And you always seem to have to settle. And when you settle it’s always broken yards 🙄

[[[ JUST SOME ADVICE: forcing customers to take 3.5 + 1.0 + 0.5 to clear your end of bolt stock. Is not a very good way to move end of bolts. Take it from someone who’s tried that similar approach when it came to offering selection to customers. In an effort to reduce waste I offered customers only select prints that would perfectly complete their order and leave me with least amount of waste. Thing is. It’s custom. People. Want. What they want. Same goes for ordering fabric. Insisting people take broken yards. Is not a good way to try and move your scrap. Consider listing it as end of bolt pieces. And list what size they are 🤷‍♀️]]]

A BUSINESS IS ONLY AS SUCCESSFUL AS THEIR TRANSACTIONS. A simple fabric order should not result in multiple emails phone calls and grief.

Customer Service Warning.

My only order though Fabric.com is not going well. Aside from being bombarded with daily unwanted email solicitations, 1. my order was never acknowledged, 2. My telephone inquiry was met with hostility, 3. I was sent directly to voice mail when I asked to speak to a supervisor 4. My added $40 payment for expedited delivery should arrive in 7 days. 5. Email remains unanswered after 3 days. 6. No tracking number though they say the order was shipped.

This company leaves lots to be desired. It's not for me. I should have heeded the many review warnings.

Ever since being taken over by …

Ever since being taken over by amazon.com this company has gone to crap.
On Wed we called since it had been 4 days and our or did not ship, we were told they were short yardage, we asked that they ship what was in stock (no email was sent) Thurs no tracking, we called and were assured it would ship (overnight) since it did not ship on Wed as promised. Fri am - STILL NO TRACKING, we called and said there was no fabric and it would ship in 2 weeks. At the time we ordered it showed over 100 yards available. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY.

My fabric go to store

I love shopping for fabrics here. Their deals beat Joann's in a heartbeat and the price (fabric+shipping) altogether can't be beat. I have browsed their extensive fabric collection and have discovered fabrics I have never tried before suitable for dresses. I have always been impressed with the quality of the newly discovered fabrics.

I love their percentage coupons applicable on every order. I believe their warehouse is in Georgia which is only 1 state away from where I am so my order gets to me quicker.
