Issue with Cut - But They Made it Right

I ordered a 5 yard cut of fabric from them and when I got it, I saw that it was actually two cuts, which wouldn't work with my pattern. I was disappointed in the fact that they didn't reach out to me first, but when I called them they told me that they just didn't have enough of the fabric to do it in one cut - and offered me an equally sized cut of the reverse pattern instead. I am impressed that they took care of it like that. It speaks well of them.
