So I didn't realise about all these reviews before ordering from this company now that I had placed my order I ordered a pair of curtains along with a duvet set and felt like an idiot not looking into this company but somehow I was proved wrong and few days went by and I actually received my order which I know is crazy to believe not only that it was delivered before the expected date which I was really happy about as I really needed this to gift a close family member. maybe they have actually finally taken the reviews into consideration and improve there customer service or I could just be a odd customer that receives there order but I feel like that might not be the case I would purchase again soon and see if I receive the same service but for now I'm very pleased with my order

I ordered 2 Manchester city towels on 26th May £27.00. Emailed numerous times asking where my order is. I am rather disgusted how these people can take payment but your goods do not arrive 😒

Scam- ordered curtains which never arrived. Like everyone else there was no response to emails. I’ve had to claim the money back by raising a dispute through my credit card. Why doesn’t someone take this fraudulent website down?!

Ordered a rug paid for it no response after 3 weeks so contacted my bank .Very annoying . Do not order anything from this company

Paid for pillow shams and never received product. Emailed on numerous occasions asking for update on my order then I requested a refund no response at all. I have had to go to the bank for payment dispute.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Wish I had read reviews prior..

Ordered 2 pairs of curtains at the end of January 2023 and did not receive them. Contacted the company 3 times, the last time asking for a full refund. Have heard nothing. Stay away from this company unless you are happy to give them money for nothing in return.

After reading these reviews, 100% negative feedback I resigned myself to having lost my money. Ordered a quilt cover and a week went by with no further correspondence. I did drop them an email to ask where my order was but had no reply. However, the postie arrived and to my shock I actually received the quilt cover 12 days after order. I couldn’t quite believe it. So I’m really not sure what the deal is here as there must be some legitimacy to this company.

Should have read these comments before ordering.
No sign of order, emailed 3 times, both phone numbers are dead. Why are they allowed to continue in business when they do not honor their orders. THEFT!!!
Will anyone stop their scam?

Update - finally got refund! It took six weeks from me placing order and FHF taking payment. Advise everyone on here to send letter to owner at West Bromwich address- send recorded delivery and give them chance to refund and if they fail to then report to Action Fraud. You can find all the details of owners for free on the Companies House website. Good luck!

I have ordered a duvet cover longer than a month ago. I have not received it yet so I have asked for an update of my order three times in the past two weeks but I never received a reply.

CON - Do not use !!!

Disgusting that these are still able to take peoples money.

I wished I had read these reviews before I ordered and paid £264 for curtains that I have not received.

Lots of emails and emails and emails. No answer, absolutely disgusting. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE....they are fraudsters that make their website look great, they even popped on an alert just before xmas saying due to the postal strike you may experience a delay in your order.....this is so they can hide even deeper.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY ordered duvet cover 11 Dec, website and confirmation email look genuine but they do not respond to emails, there is no tel no. They claim due to Royal Mail issues goods maybe delayed but their website says they use Hermes or courier service so they don’t use Royal Mail. Please report to Trading Stands and Fraud line on 0300 123 2040 to stop them doing this to more people

Curtains ordered 4 weeks ago, for delivery within ~3 days. No sign. To be avoided.

Still no order arrived,
Messaged and emailed 6 times over to see where my order is !
No response at all to any email or message!
How do I go about getting my money back and reporting this company? For no recipient of goods , and no response regarding order several of times from emails or messages thanks!

Ordered 2 cushions 3 weeks ago chased up with email but not heard anything. How are they allowed to keep trading with so many orders not being received and negative feedback.

FRAUDSTERS! Couldn’t rate lower than 1 star. Took money, but not items or response since. Google street view shows the address of the company is real, but a SHED in a compound. Lots of cameras outside, probably so they can spot someone turning up for a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

I have ordered a bedspread and heard nothing and like other customers have no reply to any emails. No wonder they won’t give a telephone number out. Terrible service DO NOT ORDER

Do not touch this company! My duvet covers still not turned up after a month. No reply to numerous emails.
Can't believe they are allowed to trade, shocking customer service.
