Ordered 22nd Jan for Hubby valentines gift..arrived last week. Pricey but love them and so does he.

I placed an order on 31st January for a Valentine's gift believing this was a UK based company. I paid £5.99 for shipping. It's Valentine's day today and they haven't arrived. I received an email with a tracking number that doesn't work. Emailed customer services but no reply yet. I have opened a dispute with paypal as £34.95 is a lot to me.

I order two items from this company on the 28th January, it said it would come before 7th February I wanted these items before valentines. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered boxers AND a matching gift box mid January. Paid £5.99 postage, it said it would be delivered in 5 working days! Well it’s 13th February and still not here. I had an email over 2 weeks ago saying it had been shipped and Iv contacted them twice since asking where they are and had no reply. I wish I had just ordered elsewhere like my friend did on the same day as she has hers! And I’m empty handed on Valentine’s Day now!

Firstly not based in the UK awful company! Delivery never arrived even no I paid £5.99 and it was suppose to be guaranteed for valentines. Customer service team are awful and I still haven't had a refund.

Awful china company to deal with - I thought I was buying from the UK. Product was ordered in November for a Christmas present and eventually arrived in Jan. They promnised to refund me 30% but nothing was refunded back. Avoid

I don’t know why half these reviews are terrible but I ordered these for Valentine’s Day and it arrived on the 7th. Considering it’s peak season for them they did a great job the boxers are a soft material and good quality they even match the skin tone ! customer service reply super fast and are easy to contact. It took a week to process and a week to ship so not bad at all ! I recommend this but order at least a month before in case they’re busy which is understandable and delays due to covid

Saw this on a Instagram ad and ordered some boxers for my partner for Valentine’s Day. It says it in the U.K. but it is travelling from China so make sure you order a good time in advance. I ordered mine on the Jan 22nd they arrived Feb 6th. I emailed customer service about my order replied with in the hour. Tracking was detailed and easy. When they arrived the photo was brilliant really clear and they are really soft. (Which is surprising considering the other reviews) I would recommend but order way in advance!

The website says UK but the address says hong kong, the reviews on the website say facebook and instagram but when you look on the social media pages theres none and lack of posts. Also i have gone on other websites and it has the same images used for the reviews on faceboxer website. From lack of trust and peoples reviews on trustpilot i emailed them to cancel order and full refund but they replied saying they only can give 50% as it has gone into printing. I still asked for a full refund and they ingored what i said and replied that the order has been printed and will be sent out. Im not happy with the way they talk to you and ingore what you have to say. I would avoid at all costs. I have opened a dispute with paypal to get my money back.

As you can see from the endless poor reviews and feedback rating this company is to be avoided at all costs. I ordered a gift on the 6th of December and it still hasnt arrived on January 21st.
Refusing to refund and accept that this just isn't good enough. Save yourself the hassle, use reputable UK companies. They clearly aren't that!

They answered my 2 emails about delivery really well as I was worried after reading trust pilot reviews, item came about 15 days after the order was placed, boxers are not the best quality, the material is very thin but the picture turned out good. Is good for a novelty gift.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! ON TO TRADING STANDARDS NOW TO REPORT THE COMPANY. WANTED MY MONEY BACK. EVEN INFORMED THEM I AM NURSING A FAMILY MEMBER WITH COVID WHO IS ON THERE DEATH BED AND STILL HAVE NO DECENCY TO DO THE RIGHT THING.

This company doesn’t even warrant one star. Placed order on 8thdec and still havnt got it. Thought it was a UK company but think it’s from China. Don’t waist your money. You won’t get your item.

Product never received, awaiting a full refund. They advertise as a UK company, you pay 5.99 for delivery so customers should expect their orders within a reasonable timescale.

Awful customer service! I explicitly asked if these would arrive for cbirstmas and was told yes. Still yet to arrive. Haven't recieved either a preview of the products before pictures so had to order in blind faith (expensive risk for some pj's) customer service relations are incredibly poor and still can't track my order as the code doesn't work with the "courier" they use. Would never use again. To say its FACEBOXERUK is really misleading as the website makes you believe it's a UK supplier when it isn't

I'm my case, over a month since ordered. Tracking shows delivered to carrier on 10dec ( 10days ago) . No delivery evidence or tracked. They just said check with members of family. Refunded within a. Hour of putting claim in with PayPal. Wouldn't recommend on the basis of my experience
