Product was ordered and was received within 2 working days. I was able to install the unit myself in minutes and it was up and running immediately. I would recommend Faculty-x to anyone thinking of buying their products.

I was looking for Powerline adaptors to support BT Youview - the information on the web site convinced me that theis was the correct product choice.

I would have no problem recommending them, a very good service backed up by an equally impressive support department. I have bought from them previously but when I needed an extra homeplug I mistakenly went to a high street store and bought one there. I quickly found it wouldn't work although I had been told it would by the store assistant. I quickly got a refund and then explained my situation to richard who very quickly suggested a solution and promptly sent my new homeplug which I received sooner than expected.

This is just what I wanted to have a 4 Ethernet point plug to run two computers and a sky hub to enable me to use catch up and t/v players.

I in the past had purchased only single Ethernet plugs. This system is better

The first wifi extender plug didn't work but a new one was sent with a self addressed Jiffy bag to send the faulty one back. The new one works a treat.

Having experienced major problems with my wireless connection to my sky box I decided to order a Solwise home plug piggy which uses the house mains wiring as a Ethernet cable my worry was the router an sky box were on different circuits but having research the problem I.was convinced this product would solve my problem and it did imediately. So I got a great product at the best price available thank you
