Faded sent my parcel to wrong address…
Faded sent my parcel to wrong address and are saying that I gave the wrong address which would be physically impossible because automatically fills in my address and has never filled in an incorrect address before . I’ve been to the house my parcel was sent to and they are denying any knowledge. Faded will not investigate further so I will not purchase from them again and would advise everyone else not too . Can you imagine them giving us advice to contact the police !!!! They are now telling me that I put in this house number even though my house number is in the 200 they are telling me I put 155 !!! I didn’t even know that address existed . I’ve asked them to prove that but so far they haven’t brought any evidence

Ordered a pair of jeans from FadedDenim for my partner at Christmas over the Christmas period he wore them once as a tear appeared on waist band I emailed faded denim who couldn’t help enough at all..

Amazing fit!
Struggled to find a decent pair of jeans for muscular legs (my waist is 28/30 but my legs need waist size 34 normally). But wit faded denim I can get my normal waist size cuz there is enough stretch in them. They fit decent, shows of muscularity and no worries about ripping them!

Great customer service! Would definitely recommend Faded denim, quick to reply. Had a problem with my jeans and within 1-2 days the problem was resolved. Very good will definitely be buying more.
