Item was too short although it was advertised as long/Tall. I returned it as soon as I discovered it was short only for me to get an email from faded saying things I do not understand, issues with my return and this is something that was not in my possession for up to 30mins. It is just an excuse not to give me my refund. I will never ever make the mistake of shopping with them ever again, just to think I almost bought items worth £140 I just decided to try one item 1st to see how it goes. Very poor service. Avoid them at all cost cos if the item you buy is not your size they would come up with an excuse not to refund you or give you a partial refund which is just a scam as far as I am concerned.
