Definitely a scam. I just los 49 dollars for sure. It's been three weeks. No one answers the phone, the email is an automated email. Let's get them back. Let's trace the company and the email, that way the police knows hlwho to arrest. I will put an update on how this goes.

Wish I could give zero stars. Do not order. It is a scam. They will send you multiple responses, they're sold out, in manufacturing process, and still nothing. When I finally asked for a refund I got no response. Do not buy!

It has been two weeks and I haven't received the clippers and they won't even give me an update as to when it will be shipped. Asked for refund and cancelation. Order #190066

I placed my order almost 2 months ago and yet to receive my order. It has not shipped and customer service keeps feeding the same line of BS about "order will ship soon". DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these people. They are a scam and should be so ashamed of themselves. ZERO STARS. SCAM!

I’m glad I read these reviews before buying. I was just about to buy, and wanted to look into it. Screw this company!

I purchased my clippers on 1/30/2023.
two weeks later, I received an email stating they were out of stock and waiting for new inventory and that my clippers would be ready within 15 to 30 days. A month later I still hadn’t received anything, so I started going online and saw all these negative reviews that this is a scam.

I sent an email expressing my concerns, I let them know I saw these reviews online and I was wondering what was going on was it normal to not receive a product I ordered over a month ago. I didn’t receive a reply but I did receive an email shortly after with my UPS tracking info.

Today I finally received the clippers! Although it took 2 months, I can confirm this is not a scam. I understand that with everything going on there will be some delays. My recommendation is to set proper expectations with your customers on when the product will be delivered to avoid all these negative customer reviews.

Just like everyone else, i have ordered feb 1 2023 haven't received my item

I made my order, got the fadify and it's crap. BLADES ARE PLASTIC.
I asked for a refund and returned the Faadify as they asked me to. I paid for the shipping.
It's been 3 months now and no refund. so down 100$ plus 25$ for shipping.

Was it because they saw it? Who knows.

This is a scam. Right after I bought it, I received an email saying they run out of stock (this was February 1st) and that I will receive it in 7 to 15 business days. As of March 21st, I have not received the product. I contacted them several times and no response. Scam

Made my order on 2/14/23, have not received anything yet. Have sent emails got one response which was no help because it was a lie and since all other replies are robotic. They keep advertising that they have product in stock but i have not seen anything. Next move is reporting them to the BBB !

We all now know it is a scam. Been waiting 2 months and numerous complaints: This is all I get: Your request (29492) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." Tried the number and it is google voice. The question is how do we proceed legally to get our money back? Any ideas?

This company is pathetic! I’ve been waiting over 2 months to receive 2 items, and 1 of them I was double charged for. which they still haven’t gotten back to me about, and 2 weeks ago I received an update email saying they were gonna send my stuff immediately because I also bought the priority shipping don’t buy anything from here they have no clue what they are doing!

Exactly like everyone else below.. same exact story. I'm pissed. Ordered over a month ago.. they NEVER respond to emails. There is no tracking for my order. Scammmmmmmmm!!!!!

I wish I knew about this website and read the comments before I purchased from the fadify/fading culture. Im very pissed off now. I ordered mine 2/7/23 and like everyone else I received an email stating they were back ordered and they will send it out in 10 days. It's been over a month and no word. Can we all come together and file a law suit? PLZ, LET ME KNOW !!!

I should have read these reviews before buying. Ordered about 3 weeks ago, got initial email that order was received, have not heard from them again. I've emailed various times and have not gotten a response. At this point, I will be reaching out to my CC and asking for transaction to be refunded. This is such a scam. Also, the others reviews on here, are sketchy as hell. If you read some of the other reviews that they have written, are about the same companies. I guess these are made up accounts to make sure they can give fading culture a believable review. Read some of them if you are still iffy about buying. All the reviews that left 5 stars, read their other reviews and all have been created in February and all are for this company and a trading company and a book publishing company. This is a scam company and should be shut down.

This company is just as stated below a SCAM... I placed my order and the company emailed me within 2 days telling me they were out of stock but more would be sent out within 7-15 days... a month later all communication stopped and no updates on item provided... disappointing

I ordered the Fadify 2.0 clippers on the 17th of February 2023. 3 days later I received an email message saying they are out of stock and will send it in 10 - 14 days. Today is the 9th of March and I still have not received these clippers. I have sent them numerous emails requesting a refund and have not received a response. Contacting PayPal now to try to cancel the transaction. I don’t recommend doing business with them. It is a scam.

Update: I contacted PayPal, filed a claim and they were able to refund my money. 24March2023

I ordered over a month ago through PayPal hopefully I'll get my money back they're not even responding to my emails anymore wish I would have read these reviews first but because PayPal was an option I didn't think of it
