The arranged trip to Peru was amazing. Fairvoyage listened to our wants and needs and the trip definitely met our expectations.

Nicole and the team were great to work with. Everything went as planned. I was able to make all my activities on time. Everyone involved was professional and courteous.

The guides and accommodations were all very good. Fairvoyage was responsive to all of our requests. I highly recommend your services. My only recommendation would be to use a different hotel in Ollantaytambo because the El Albergue hotel is at the train station and is very noisy. There also is no way to get a car there so all of the luggage has to be hauled up the hill to a parking lot.

We worked with Hannah, Julian and Guido and a wonderful trip to Costa Rica. They listened closely to our interest and wishes for our Costa Rican experience and did a wonderful job of recommending regions of the country, accomodations and excursions that both showcased the countries gems in a way and with operators that fit our families personal preferences, may of which were off the beating path! Highly recommended!

All aspects of the organisation of our trip were handled extremely well. The local guides and porters were as good as we could have hoped for.

Our trip was a little complicated with three activities, some parts booked by us, and others booked by Fair Voyage. I thought about the possibilities that anything could go wrong at any number of points. Despite all this, everything was -- and I hate to use this word -- PERFECT! Everything was well-organised, drivers showed up on time, food in the meals that were included was delicious and filling, the gorillas were easily reached and didn't mind spending time with us, our guides on Kilimanjaro were beyond phenomenal, we had a seamless transition from Kili to the Serengeti ...where we hoped that in three days we *might* see the wildebeest crossing the Mara River when in fact we saw them crossing multiple times... I could go on and on! These are the big items, but the smaller details were also well-thought-out: our porters gave us filling snacks on Kili, we had high-quality tents and sleeping bags, the safari tent was marvellous, and the bed there was THE MOST COMFORTABLE ON THE PLANET!

In spite of never having met physically with any Fair Voyage employee, all interaction felt very personal and tailored to our specific needs and requests. We didn't have a clear view of what we exactly were looking for initally but were very well guided and advised by the team. Working with Fair Voyage felt right at all times. Having returned from our Tanzania trip, our feeling and trust for the Fair Voyage team has proven to have been right. We were rewarded with a fantastic journey and stay in Africa that felt special, "nichey" and good at all times.
