I have used this company on numerous times and it’s very hit and miss on whether the driver turns up
They are normally late but I’ve finally had enough we booked them yesterday to take us to Wembley at 630pm
I knew at 615pm there was a problem when there was no tracking for the driver I telephoned the company who told me there was no driver available even though I booked it and paid for it over a week ago.
I told them I would never use the company again and the controller said that’s fine and cut off the call
I contacted Uber and they were here in 10 minutes and the fare was cheaper than fairway and Kenwood

Worst service ever! Having used this company for the past five years, regretfully, we will not be using you again due to your mishandling of our return booking to attend a Wedding11

Irresponsables!
I booked the previous night a ride to the airport for 5.30am. I received a text confirming the drivers mobile. At 5.10am I received a text confirming taxi number and that is on the way to me . I’m waiting and waiting so I called the driver for him to tell me that he was booked by the office to another client. I tried to call head office and no one answers at that time, only an answering machine asking to leave messages. They don’t provide any option for an emergency . To look for another airport taxis at that time in the morning is a strangle. I had to pay premium money in another firm and I almost lost my flight. This is out of order. I completely lost my trust on Kenwood Cars. 👎🏻

We had an atrocious experience with Fairway and Kenwood. After arriving late to pick us up from Standsted, the driver failed to turn on his SatNav and so drove straight into standstill traffic which he then told us he’d seen coming in. Waze and Google Maps showed that if he’d turned them on and taken an alternative route the journey would have taken 40 mins rather than 1h40. He then proceeded to drive extremely dangerously, speeding up the hard shoulder for half a mile whilst four lanes of motorway traffic were at a standstill. He cut up a lorry; drove at speed down wrong roads; and was rude to us when we suggested he might put on the SatNav. When we called to complain the manager Lewis was unhelpful and said maybe the driver was anxious and had “forgotten” about the traffic. 0/5 and will never use again.

Cannot recommend this service anymore. Have been using this for years and most drivers have been very decent but the service has become much worse recently with delayed arrivals and arrogant telephone service. Won’t be using this any longer.

First time using this company. Car turned up 10 minutes late, no apology from driver. Driver held his mobile phone in his hand to look at directions, at one point coming to a total standstill on a motorway slip road. At other points, he was swerving all over the place. Man at the company didn’t seem to care at all, just said he could make a note not to send us this driver again. No need - I wont be using this company again.

I would not recommend. I booked this through Cab Guru and I received an email on landing at the airport to say that there were no taxis available through this company and hence it had been cancelled. Disgraceful

I should have learned from my experience 4 years ago but I was assured that this company had improved.
Today was the second time that Fairway Kenwood cars informed us that they could not send a car (people carrier) to collect us from the airport. The message came through 10 minutes before boarding. To be fair, that's an improvement on 5 years ago when I picked up the message on arrival at Luton Airport.
Both times the booking was accepted but not fulfilled. There will not be a third. Disgraceful.

DIRE. DO NOT USE. Booked cab night before to take us to theatre. Cab was cancelled one hour before pick up. So we missed our theatre outing. Appalling company.

Had a booking made with this company for over two weeks and they just cancelled on the last minute! Great start to a holiday. Should have listened to the awful reviews!
