Customer service great
Customer service great. Options excellent. Using card has been a challange for NO REASONS yall can explain . We buy $100’s from one store and use at a Dollar store and decline charges. Used at another store , declined. Yall claim vendors machines? Nope. I couldn’t use at a Publix using iPhone, Apple Watch , then went to car to get physical card. Tap didn’t work. Swiped worked? Same at Costco , tapping not working but insert did. Simply put all options should work without issue and we’re tired of the excuses. Never had issues with other CU but their service was terrible. Yall are kinda opposite. Please fix and maybe we can keep yall and keep referring in our Financial Peace classes we teach all year.

The ease of using a local branch partner. The quick response in CS. The feeling of security.
So far it’s all been great! It would be nice to receive free checks even if only a few and it would also be nice to have an actual membership card that I can use at your Branch Partners so I don’t have to write it on a piece of paper.

I have been a member of this bank for years now, and for all the major banks that I have done buisness with ,this bank by far is the very best of the banking buisness,no matter what problem I may have with my account ,I can call 24 hours a day, 365 a year and one of the great customer service representatives not only handle my problem with great concern and care,but also provide a quick and helpful solution, now that I live most of the time overseas, this is a very welcoming thought that even abroad my bank still looks out for me and takes care of my needs, thats,why when I come home I always stop in to say hi and give my whole hearted thanx to the staff in appreciation, I will never ever change my bank, I will stay with this one until God calls me home

Walmart has been stealing 19.95 a month…
Walmart has been stealing 19.95 a month out of my account. I had ZERO notice. I bought one thing on line over a year ago. I received 2 emails from them, confirmed on what was purchased and notice of delivery. Not a damn thing sayin, we are charging you 19.95 forever. Nothing sayin WTF the 19.95 is for, so, well over 300 $ has been stolen and yall did jack effinshit. I don't even want to give one effin star. I will be closing the account. Glad I am before I put 500th in.
