Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful! I booked a client lunch for 3 for 12.30pm. Arrived at 12.15pm and was told they were getting a table … at 12.35 they said give them 20 mins and they will have a table ! Waited until 12.55pm and still no table! One came free and it was immediately given to their Arab customers who came without a booking ! I will never be going here again! The manager was rude and unapologetic! They just did not care that I had made a booking! Shocking ! Do not take bookings if you cannot have a table ready on time ! AWFUL!

Ordered eggs Benedict with Turkey ham…

Ordered eggs Benedict with Turkey ham but came out cold and not seasoned, very bland. Also the hollandaise sauce was a cheddar cheese sauce. Too expensive for what is was. The place is lovely but I guess we paid the price for the location and venue but not for the quality of the ingredients used.
